Hemos alquilado varias veces furgonetas. Te ofrecen un servicio inmejorable personalmente y tambien telefonicamente. Los coches estan muy limpios, te los entregan con el deposito lleno. Los precios son aceptables si alquilas para mas tiempo a partir de la segunda semana te hacen descuento. Gracias por vuestro servicio sigan asi!!!. Florin Plesioaica

Nada recomendable, al recibir el vehiculo detecte un pequeno golpe en el paragolpes y pilotos traseros, digo pequenisimo, no preste mucha importancia pero aun asi lo saque unas fotos por si acaso, al mes cuando entregue la furgoneta lo detectaron a la primera y me cobraron 250 euros de franquicia del seguro, pese a que se lo explique y ensene las fotos me dijeron que no son validas porque habia pasado unas horas despues de la retirada. No di credito a lo ocurrido nunca me habia pasado con ninguna compania de alquiler. Para ellos El cliente nunca tiene razon, si te equivocas' pagas tu y si se equivocan ellos y no ven el fallo en entrega tambien pagas a no ser que lleves un perito al sacar el vehiculo y lo revises de cabo a rabo. Por supuesto no lo recomiendo a nadie, son unos estafadores profesionales.
Not at all recommended, upon receiving the vehicle I detected a small dent on the bumper and rear lights, I say very small, I didn't pay much attention but I still took some photos just in case, a month later when I delivered the van they detected it the first time and they charged me 250 euros insurance excess, despite me explaining it and showing the photos, they told me that they are not valid because it had been a few hours after the withdrawal. I couldn't believe what happened, it had never happened to me with any rental company. For them, the customer is never right, if you're wrong, you pay, and if they're wrong and don't see the error during delivery, you also pay unless you bring an expert when you take out the vehicle and check it from top to bottom. Of course I don't recommend it to anyone, they are professional scammers.

Seleccione esta empresa debido a su alta calificacion en Google. Cuando visite, vi una amplia gama de vehiculos para ofrecer. Encontre lo que queria. alquile un vehiculo y termine mi trabajo durante el fin de semana. Regrese segun lo acordado. Cuando regrese, el que recibio el vehiculo, en fraccion de segundo detecto un pequeno desperfecto, el cual fue dificil de ver rapidamente. No podia creer como lo detecto tan rapido. Cuando recibi el vehiculo, firme que no habia danos. Confie en ellos y no mire con lupa como lo han hecho cuando regrese. Me cobraron 180EUR sin ninguna factura por ello. La forma en que lo han manejado fue muy sospechosa. no hay nada que reemplazar. Es un reposapies de plastico de la parte trasera. El proposito previsto del vehiculo es cargar y descargar mercancias. no para el transporte humano. Podria haber algo que pueda golpear y danar levemente cosas como el reposapies, etc. por eso, cobras 200 EUR, ?eso tambien sin una factura adecuada? Me parecio puro caso de fraude. Pague y me perdi. No tenia sentido discutir . No me permitieron tomar una foto del dano para poder publicar la foto y tomar la opinion publica. Puedes imaginar, que pequeno fue el dano. Dios los perdone.
I selected this company because of its high rating on Google. When I visited I saw a wide range of vehicles on offer. I found what I wanted. I rented a vehicle and finished my work over the weekend. I returned as agreed. When I returned, the person who received the vehicle detected a small defect in a fraction of a second, which was difficult to see quickly. I couldn't believe how he spotted it so quickly. When I received the vehicle, I signed that there was no damage. I trusted them and did not look with a magnifying glass like they did when I returned. They charged me EUR180 without any invoice for it. The way they handled it was very suspicious. there is nothing to replace. It's a plastic footrest on the back. The intended purpose of the vehicle is to load and unload goods. not for human transportation. There could be something that could hit and slightly damage things like the footrest etc. for that, you charge EUR200, that too without a proper invoice? It seemed like a pure case of fraud to me. I paid and got lost. There was no point in arguing. I was not allowed to take a photo of the damage so I could publish the photo and take public opinion. You can imagine, how small the damage was. God forgive them.
Muy buena experiencia. Me recomendaron el sitio por ser economico y cercano a casa y la verdad, me alegro de haber contratado ahi. De repente tuvimos que alquilar una furgoneta y por suerte tenian libres. Tienen mucha variedad de tamanos y disponibilidad. Todos los empleados fueron muy amables y nos explicaron cada detalle el proceso de alquiler. La furgoneta estaba en muy buen estado. El precio del alquiler muy bueno para lo que hay en el mercado. Espero que sigan en esa linea de trabajo y atencion al publico. Sin duda volveremos a alquilar ahi si lo volvemos a necesitar. Actualizo mi resena opinando lo mismo del lugar, sigue siendo fantastico.
Very good experience. They recommended the place to me because it was affordable and close to home and the truth is, I'm glad I hired there. Suddenly we had to rent a van and luckily they had free ones. They have a wide variety of sizes and availability. All the employees were very friendly and explained every detail of the rental process to us. The van was in very good condition. The rental price is very good for what is on the market. I hope they continue in that line of work and attention to the public. We will definitely rent there again if we need it again. I update my review saying the same about the place, it is still fantastic.
