Very good treatment with the girl with pink hair. She explained everything to us with a smile. Finding the meeting point was the only problem because it was not well explained in our voucher.

It's not at the airport but a 10 minute ride down the road. That's after waiting 20 minutes for their shuttle bus. Took an age in the office trying to fill forms in on my phone. Staff were great but never use them again when there's better at the airport.

Fantastic service from pick up at airport to dropping back at airport. Easy to collect car which was lovely and clean when we got it but totally covered in sand when we dropped it back! Staff great all round - Well done GOBYCAR we will definitely be using you again. My travelling Rabbits also had a great time as seen in photo attached :-)

Watch out and check the provided documents very carefully. We were scammed and a redundant expensive insurance were sold to us without any explanation although we specifically asked for additional costs we wanted to avoid and expected that the charges were for a deposit. Now the customer service insists that we have sigend the contract.

We booked a car for ten days. It was an excellent service, and the recommendations for the girl who attended us were wonderful

Hired a Toyota c hr from gobycar via their web site. Didn't pay up front and collection point five minutes from our hotel. Great fast service from friendly staff. Car was clean but had some minor scratches which were fully documented. We extended the hire by an extra day very easily at the depot. Fast and efficient drop off service and refunded the deposit straight away. Definitely recommend.

The car rent was included in our travel package so we didn't specifically book goby car but we were very surprised and happy about the service. They have an airport shuttle that takes you either way with just 10 minutes wait max. The drive is only 5 minutes. We got a Toyota aygo with just around 6.000 km. It has a few scratches but everything was documented and we had no trouble to return the car. We loved our car, it smelled good and took us everywhere. We didn't have to pay any unexpected costs and can only recommend this car rental. We've had worse experiences before so we were lucky to make this experience with goby car!

Very disappointed would never use again & would advise against. Cheap upfront but made money up by finding a small scratch in the front plastic bumper on return & charging EUR83 for repair (that I doubt will ever be done). The girl inspecting on return found it in about 10 seconds of looking despite it being difficult to spot even when pointed out to me. The car had been parked up a vast majority of our visit & had only been driven on roads, so no way I caused it. They advise taking photos when you collect, but this scratch was in a place that a normal photo would never catch (surprisingly). Only a close up in places you would never think of taking one would have captured it. You have to hang around the airport car park to be collected (no signage as to where you need to be) & driven 15 mins to get to their depot to collect your car. After wasting over an hour in heat for this pick up at the start & the shuttle drive, you just want to get on your way. The last thing you feel like doing is taking detailed photos before you get off. This seems very convenient for them I believe. The 2 photos show the car on return that I took. One is a general more distant shot of the corner of the car where the scratch was that most would take, & feel was adequate. The other is one I had to get on my hand & knees to take (& they spotted in moments) of the scratch they said I caused. Make your own mind up but I smell a rat. I rent cars abroad 2 to 4 times a year & have never had this before. My advice, pay the slightly higher upfront cost for a reputable company & avoid this lot at all costs.
