Experiencia pesima y nefasta. Alquilamos un coche entre dos personas, supuestamente un Citroen C3 o similar, dandonos finalmente un Fiat 500 de 4 plazas. La cosa no queda ahi. Cuando devolvemos el coche, se nos pide 400 euros de danos por desperfectos cuando NO TIENE NI UN RASGUNO y aun estamos a la espera de la devolucion de la fianza, que fueron 200 EUR. El coche vino incluso lavado, mas limpio de lo que se nos entrego. Suerte que pillamos el seguro (que aun nos debe devolver el dinero por supuestos "desperfectos"), de lo contrario, NOS HABRIAN ESTAFADO EN LA CARA, SE APROVECHAN DE LOS CLIENTES. Como he visto en alguna otra resena negativa (por lo que veo no son pocas), la etica de esta empresa vulnera e infringe los derechos del consumidor, rozando la legalidad en sus actos. En resumen, NO ALQUILAR COCHES EN ESTA EMPRESA!!!!!!!!!
Terrible and disastrous experience. We rented a car between two people, supposedly a Citroen C3 or similar, finally giving us a 4-seater Fiat 500. The thing doesn't stop there. When we return the car, we are asked for 400 euros in damages for damages when IT DOES NOT HAVE EVEN A SCRATCH and we are still waiting for the return of the deposit, which was EUR200. The car even came washed, cleaner than what was delivered to us. Luckily we caught the insurance (which still has to return our money for alleged "defects"), otherwise, THEY WOULD HAVE SCAMMED US IN THE FACE, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMERS. As I have seen in some other negative reviews (from what I see there are not a few), the ethics of this company violates and infringes consumer rights, bordering on legality in its actions. In short, DO NOT RENT CARS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Fatal muy mal, pagas para reservarlo y cuando llegas alli te empiezan a sacar q hay q hacer seguro al coche por si le pasa algo q tendria q pagar minimo 1200 o 1300 no lo recuerdo bien , claro se supone q estos coches como todos tienen seguro para q tener q pagar otro? en fin un robo tuve q pagar reserva mas un seguro a parte de todas formas lo mirare haber si es legal
Fatal very bad, you pay to reserve it and when you get there they start telling you that you have to insure the car in case something happens that you would have to pay a minimum of 1200 or 1300 I don't remember well, of course these cars are supposed to have insurance like everyone else why have to pay another one? In short, a robbery I had to pay for a reservation plus separate insurance, anyway I will look to see if it is legal
Beware!!! Once you rent from them they will find some mark on the car to charge you for. They charge me an extra $175!!!
