El chico k nos atendio (Albert) super amable y nos dio un buen coche. Se espero hasta 10 min mas de su hora de salida. Nos atendio a las 5:12 pm pk no pudimos llegar antes por el taxi. Atencion de 10

NO ALQUILES. Vergonzoso. Nada profesional. No alquiles nunca. A nosotros nos fastidio unas vacaciones familiares y nos dejaron varios dias sin coche con reservas y excursiones programadas. No entiendo como una multinacional de estas caracteristicas puede consentir esto.

Pessim servei! Si pogues posar 0 o menys -5 estrelles, ho posaria! Vaig reservar un cotxe automatic el cual l'empresa no disposava! Com pot ser que una empresa de lloguer de cotxes disposa d'un servei el qual no pot oferir? Vergonyos!

Pesimo servicio y pesima responsabilidad tanto en Enterprise Amposta como en el telefono de atencion al cliente...Despues de mas de dos semanas de reserva de la furgoneta, habiendo hablado con el encargado por telefono y despues de formalizar la reserva mediante tarjeta, llegado el dia y la hora, no habia nadie en la oficina, ni furgoneta ni nada, la persona responsable, mediante WhatsApp me dice que la furgoneta esta averiada y no me da ninguna solucion, sin importarle mi situacion y los esfuerzos que yo haya podido hacer para poder ese dia realizar mi mudanza a 600 km de Amposta y con gente esperando mi llegada, no lo recomiendo para nada, tendria que haber mirado las resenas antes por lo que veo... En fin, una verguenza.

Depen de qui fara el contracte.... hi ha moltes diferencies de costos, km i qualsevol altre servei.... Al principi ens vam portar be pero despres ens va passar un representant sense voluntat i vam tenir una mica d'hores i problemes posteriors al contracte. Dipende da chi vi fara il contratto ....ci sono molte differenze sui costi,i km e qualsiasi altro servizio.... In principio ci siamo trovati bene ma poi ci e capitato una rappresentante poco volenterosa ed abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi ore e post contratto.

Awful service, they don't answer the phone -they called from an office 70Km away when already late to open the Tortosa office, they arrived an hour late then when i complained they refused to rent the van that I had reserved two weeks previously, made a total mess of my arrangement for the next few days and made me miss an important meeting - I have used this company before and they were good but i will never use them again! Thoroughly disappointed!
Went there by taxi and found the place closed and deserted contrary to info on the website. Phoned the number posted on the door. Enterprises called back 45 minutes later but then Blaucar rental was already there with a car for us to rent.
