Servei totalment pessim! 1r Ens van malinformar del preu i el dia abans d'arrancar el vehicle, ens van doblar la taxa, quan ja no podiem buscar cap altra opcio ( segons ells, un malentes per part nostra...) 2n Vam alquilar dos vehicles on vam informar que era per fer un trajecte llarg amb neu, i ens van donar cotxes amb les rodes llises sense cap tipus de manteniment adequat. 3r Tot i les reclamacions respecte el desgats de les rodes, no ens van canviar el vehicle fins que vam descobir que teniem 3 rodes punxades ( 1 tatxa , 1 rajada, 1 perdua d'aire) Adjunto fotografies. Tots molt disgustats! Ens va fastidiar les vacances.
Totally lousy service! 1st They misinformed us about the price and the day before starting the vehicle, they doubled the rate, when we could no longer look for any other option (according to them, a mistake on our part...) 2nd We rented two vehicles where we reported it was for a long drive in snow, and they gave us cars with slick wheels without any proper maintenance. 3rd Despite the complaints regarding the wear of the wheels, they did not change our vehicle until we discovered that we had 3 punctured wheels (1 dent, 1 crack, 1 air loss) I attach photographs. All very upset! It ruined our vacation.
I needed a car for a few days while in Sant Carles Marina, La Rapita and was recommended Blaucar. Communications were via WhatsApp and I had very quick response from Blaucar. Car was delivered and collected from the marina at no extra charge. The car was very clean, the only down side was the car did not have satnav. Overall excellent service.
Good car at good price. No fuzz, no extra costs e.g. for allowing two drivers. Incredible service, e.g. the owner came and picked us up in the next town 30 min after our phone call and after returning the car he drowe us to a bus stop 10km away! Unmatchable!
