Muy mala experiencia, no vamos a volver en este sitio. Hemos reservado un coche con dos sillitas con mas de un mes de antelacion y cuando hemos llegado a recoger nuestro coche nos han dicho que el web fallo y por eso no tenia ni nuetro coche preparado, ni las sillitas... entonces podiamos esperar hasta la tarde (desde las 9.30 por la manana). Vaya solucion... muy mal la encargada, parecia muy feliz cuando hemos pedido la devolucion, para que no tenga que trabajar mas. En total, muy desepcionados con el servicio y el trato.

Una mala experiencia para no volver, alquilo un coche y me dan otro sin ni siquiera informarme despues te dicen que la fianza te la bloquean cuando realmente te lo retiran de la cuenta y dicen que te la devuelven en una hora, tardan 1 semana ademas no te cojen el telefono si no les interesa.
