Best rent a car I've ever have.
J'ai louer une voiture pour mon sejour, rien de dispo j'ai du attendre 2j. Il etait convenu que j'ai une voiture plutot moderne et on m'a donner une 2010. J'ai demander un remplacement on m'a dis qu'on allait me rembourser, j'ai insister disant que j'avais deja attendu jusque la. On m'a donc donner une voiture recente mais defectueuse ( dangereuse) le freins a mains ne freine pas , les boutons des ouverture des vitres non fonctionnels ou une fois sur deux, carrosserie cabossee et on m'a fais payer un retard d'un heure 20EUR alors que ca ne fais pas parti des close de contrat, voleur de toursiste ! Tres decu
I rented a car for my stay, nothing available, I had to wait 2 days. It was agreed that I have a rather modern car and I was given a 2010. I asked for a replacement and was told that I would be reimbursed, I insisted saying that I had already waited until there. So I was given a recent car but defective (dangerous) the handbrakes do not brake, the window opening buttons are non-functional or one out of two times, the bodywork is dented and I was made to pay for a delay of one hour 20EUR even though it is not part of the contract closing, tourist thief! Very disappointed
Goraco polecam! Wszystko wg planu, cena bardzo przystepna, auto rowniez sprawne, poza brakiem plynu do spryskiwaczy oraz niesprawnym wejsciem do ladowarki samochodowej. Bez zadnych problemow udalo nam sie przejechac ponad 1000 km. Manuel, ktory dostarczyl auto, sprawnie posluguje sie jezykiem angielskim, wiec procedura wypozyczenia byla niezwykle prosta jak i bardzo przyjazna.
I highly recommend it! Everything as planned, the price is very affordable, the car is also in good working order, apart from the lack of windshield washer fluid and the faulty input to the car charger. We managed to drive over 1000 km without any problems. Manuel, who delivered the car, speaks English fluently, so the rental procedure was extremely simple and very friendly.
Very good experience! Agreed a price over the phone that somehow didn't appear on the contract, but Gabriel who delivered the car to us called the office and all was arranged immediately. Would really recommend it!
Great experience! As someone with limited Spanish, it was still very easy to set up this rental over the phone with Alberto. Everything was just as easy / great picking up the car with Gabriel. Easily my best experience renting a car in Europe.
