Yo alquile una furgoneta y muy bien en perfecto estado, pocos kilometros y muy bien de limpieza. He usado sus servicios dos veces y volvere a repetir.

Jeg liker ikke a klage pa unodvendige ting men dette er noe med det verste jeg har opplevd av en profesjonell aktor. Jeg hadde booket bil og avtalt a mote til ett fastsatt tidspunk. Jeg kom litt for tiden men da fikk jeg beskjed fra en hyggelig dame som vasket lokalene til dette firmaet om at jeg matte vente litt men han kom snart. Ingen plass a sette seg ned, 30 grader ute. Jeg ventet ca 20 minutter for han kom. Jeg stilte meg ved inngangen og det kom 2 andre som ogsa skulle leie sa han valgte a ta de inn og oversa meg. Etter en time gikk jeg inn pa kontoret. Jeg hadde med meg pass og sertifikat men det var ikke bra nok, jeg matte ha noe bevis pa at jeg hadde NIE nummer. Jeg viste han en faktura pa strom som jeg hadde med mitt NIE nummer pa. Det var heller ikke godt nok for han dom for ovrig kommuniserte pa Engelsk nar vi mailet men kunne ikke ett ord engelsk nar jeg kom dit. Min spansk er ikke for god men jeg skjonner og provde a kommunisere men han var avvisende og satt a pirket pa mobiltelfonen sin og virket helt uinteressert i meg. Ma skrive dette for a advare andre som vil leie bil. Det finnes mange andre som du kan leie hos og er vennlige. Jeg dro hjem og googlet meg til en annen utleier hvor alt gikk veldig fint og ingen problemer. STYR UNNA DENNE !!
I don't like to complain about unnecessary things, but this is one of the worst things I've experienced from a professional actor. I had booked a car and agreed to meet at a fixed time. I arrived a little early but then I was told by a nice lady who cleaned the premises of this company that I had to wait a bit but he arrived soon. No place to sit down, 30 degrees outside. I waited about 20 minutes before he came. I stood at the entrance and there were 2 others who were also going to rent, so he chose to take them in and overlooked me. After an hour I went into the office. I had my passport and certificate with me but that was not good enough, I had to have some proof that I had a NIE number. I showed him an invoice for electricity that I had with my NIE number on it. It wasn't good enough either, because he communicated in English when we emailed but didn't know a word of English when I got there. My Spanish isn't too good but I understand and tried to communicate but he was dismissive and sat on his mobile phone and seemed completely uninterested in me. Have to write this to warn others who want to rent a car. There are many others that you can rent from and are friendly. I went home and googled myself to another landlord where everything went very well and no problems. STEER AWAY FROM THIS ONE !!

Excellent firm to deal with. We needed two extension periods for the vehicle we hired and they were able to help us out without any fuss. We will certainly be back in touch the next time we need a car.
We got a recommendation to use Paquito and we weren't disappointed. We got the exact vehicle we needed at a good price and were treated courteously throughout. We also left our own car on site and it was well taken care of. Would recommend to others to use.
