Cuidado con reservar vehiculos aqui ,no son una empresa seria . Hoy mismo sufro una averia en mi vehiculo y me disponia a ir de viaje . Reservo un vehiculo en Rentak Plus confirmada con No de reserva: RJ110118 . Al recibir confirmacion de la reserva , vuelvo a reservar hotel ( que habia cancelado por al averia ) y me persono en las instalaciones de Huercal de Almeria . Alli me comunican que ha habido un error y no disponen de vehiculos por lo que no pueden atender mi reserva confirmada . Salgo de las instalaciones y llamo a atencion al cliente y les informo del perjuicio que resulta el mal servicio que nos estan dando pues el hotel ahora no acepta cancelacion , me comunican que nuestro dinero de.la reserva sera devuelto en 24 horas y su respuesta para el perjuicio del hotel es colgarme el telefono . Sinceramente nunca nos ha ocurrido algo asi y el trato no puede ser mas nefasto . EDITADO : Eso no justifica que la persona de atencion al cliente cuelgue el telefono en lugar atender la reclamacion cuando se le informa del perjuicio economico causado. Tengo confirmacion de reserva con numero de confirmacion ,deberian haber avisado para evitar perdida de tiempo ,desplazamiento y perjuicios economicos .PESIMO SERVICIO.

I reserve a vehicle at Rentak Plus confirmed with reservation number: RJ110118. Upon receiving confirmation of the reservation, I rebooked the hotel (which I had canceled due to the breakdown) and he showed me up at the Huercal de Almeria facilities. There they tell me that there has been an error and they do not have vehicles so they cannot accommodate my confirmed reservation. I leave the facilities and call customer service and inform them of the damage resulting from the poor service they are giving us because the hotel now does not accept cancellation, they tell me that our reservation money will be returned in 24 hours and their response to The hotel's detriment is to hang up on me. Honestly, something like this has never happened to us and the treatment could not be more disastrous. EDITED: That does not justify the customer service person hanging up the phone instead of addressing the claim when informed of the economic damage caused. I have a reservation confirmation with a confirmation number, they should have notified me to avoid loss of time, displacement and economic damages. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
