A traves de mi seguro tuve uno de sus coches durante unos dias y la verdad que muy bien. El primer coche que me dieron le note que la caja de cambios iba regular y el mismo dia me dieron otro. Te cogen 150EUR de reserva por si acaso, estan asegurados a todo riesgo. El chico de la recepcion muy majo y pude dejar mis llaves fuera de horario de atencion al publico sin recargo. Me dieron un Ford puma en buen estado, el papeleo agil y todo muy bien. Recomendaria este servicio

Through my insurance I had one of their cars for a few days and it was really good. The first car they gave me I noticed that the gearbox was regular and the same day they gave me another one. They take EUR150 as a reserve just in case, they are fully insured. The guy at the reception was very nice and I was able to leave my keys outside of business hours without charge. They gave me a Ford Puma in good condition, the paperwork was fast and everything was very good. I would recommend this service

I submitted a claim to Europcar Almeria on 09/30/24 for having improperly charged me for 4 liters of gasoline. On 10/03/24 they re-invoiced for the correct amount but as of today, 10/07/24, they have not withdrawn the previous charge, so the bank records a europcar charge for the improper amount and a withholding for the amount correct. I understand that, once the claim is estimated, the return should be immediate.

Presente una reclamacion a Europcar Almeria el 30/09/24 por haberme cobrado indebidamente 4 litros de gasolina. El 03/10/24 refacturaron por el importe correcto pero a fecha de hoy, 07/10/24, no han retirado el cargo anterior por lo que consta en el banco un cargo de europcar por el importe indebido y una retencion por el importe correcto. Entiendo que, una vez estimada la reclamacion, la devolucion deberia ser inmediata.

Some scoundrels... I rented a van for 3 days that covered 1050km and I delivered it a day early because I couldnt deliver it on the third day within their working hours. They told me there was no problem. They have charged me a lot more because by delivering it a day earlier instead of 1050km it only covered 700km (things that they did not notify me about) and I have had to pay the 300km extra that I am supposed to have spent, when that is not the case because They didnt tell me that I would be charged for 2 days+km extra, instead of 3 days with the agreed kilometers. SOME SCANTS!!

Unos sinverguenzas... Alquile una furgoneta para 3 dias que cubria 1050km y la entregue un dia antes porque no podia entregarla al tercer dia dentro de su horario laboral. Me dijeron que no habia problema alguno. Me han cobrado un pastizal de mas porque al entregarla un dia antes en vez de 1050km solo me cubria 700km(cosas que no me avisaron) y he tenido que pagar los 300km de mas que se supone que me he pasado, cuando no es asi porque no me dijeron que se me cobraria 2 dias+km de mas, en vez de 3 dias con los kilometros pactados. Maeeeeeeeeesssss. Some unpresentable ones. Mapfre reserves a car for me on Monday, July 12 at 11 in the morning to pick it up on Wednesday the 14th at 7 in the afternoon. I call that same Wednesday at 12 in the morning to secure my reservation and they tell me that everything is OK. 2 hours later SURPRISE!!! They call me and tell me that they no longer have the car available and that I should find a way to return to Madrid. As I said... some UNPRESENTABLE AWESOME.

The holidays are coming and my girlfriend and I decided to go to Carboneras, in Almeria, for a week. A week before the date we bought the train tickets and rented a car for that week to pick up upon our arrival at the Almeria train station. As it was Sunday afternoon, we had to pay extra to have someone waiting to give us the car keys. When we arrived at the station on Sunday, the office was closed and there was no one to give us the car keys. At thirty degrees at three in the afternoon and with no one to assist us, we were calling the two numbers on the office door. One was an answering machine and in the other they didnt solve anything for us and told us that they didnt know why there was no one there; literally one of the operators told us that maybe he had gone to the bar. They didnt solve anything for us. After an hour in the sun and with more than twenty calls made, given that when they put you on hold they directly hung up on you, we opted for our only hope of getting a car to travel an hour to Carboneras. Take a taxi and go to the Almeria airport and try to get there before the only company that had any rental cars left closed due to the high demand for vacations. The company was Goldcar and thanks to them we were not left stranded. As expected we had to pay another 300, without the other company EUROPCAR giving us any option to refund the money. Thanks to Goldcar we were able to enjoy our vacation, and when we returned home we continued trying to contact EUROPCAR repeatedly both by phone and by email to get our money back. After many calls in a desperate bureaucratic labyrinth, they actually confirmed that the reservation had been made, but that they had made a mistake. They have told us that the money refund will be effective between 15 and 20 days, but the marked days have already expired and we are still waiting for the deposit. An unforgivable mistake that ruins your vacation, a company with customer service that is somewhere between non-existent and ineffective, not to mention cheating.

Llegan las vacaciones y mi novia y yo decidimos ir una semana a Carboneras, en Almeria. Una semana antes de la fecha compramos los billetes de tren y alquilamos para dicha semana un coche para recoger a nuestra llegada a la estacion de tren de Almeria. Como era domingo por la tarde, tuvimos que pagar un extra para que hubiera alguien esperando y asi entregarnos la llaves del coche. Cuando llegamos el domingo a la estacion la oficina estaba cerrada y no habia nadie para darnos las llaves del coche. A treinta grados a las tres de la tarde y sin nadie que nos atendiera, estuvimos llamando a los dos numeros que habia en la puerta de la oficina. Uno era un contestador y en el otro no nos solucionaban nada y nos decian que no sabian como no habia nadie ahi; literalmente uno de los operadores nos dijo que a lo mejor se habia ido al bar. No nos solucionaron nada. Despues de una hora al sol y con mas de veinte llamadas realizadas, dado que cuando te ponian en espera directamente te colgaban, optamos por nuestra unica esperanza de conseguir un coche para viajar una hora a Carboneras. Coger un taxi y dirigirnos al aeropuerto de Almeria e intentar llegar antes de que cerrara la unica empresa a la que le quedaba algun coche en alquiler debido a la alta demanda por vacaciones. La empresa fue Goldcar y gracias a ellos no nos quedamos tirados. Como es de esperar tuvimos que pagar otros 300 , sin que la otra empresa EUROPCAR nos diera ninguna opcion de devolucion del dinero. Gracias a Goldcar pudimos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones, y al regresar a casa seguimos intentando contactar repetidas veces tanto por telefono como por email con EUROPCAR para que nos devolvieran el dinero. Despues de muchisimas llamadas en un laberinto burocratico desesperante nos confirmaron efectivamente que la reserva habia sido realizada, pero que habian cometido un error. Nos han dicho que la devolucion del dinero se hara efectivo entre 15 y 20 dias, pero ya han vencido los dias marcados y seguimos esperando el ingreso. Un error imperdonable que te arruina las vacaciones, una empresa con una atencion al publico entre inexistente e ineficaz, por no decir tramposa.

Be very careful with your information if you give a card for the deposit of the vehicle, whether it is one in which you have just enough money or one that is disposable. They have charged me 3 times for the same invoice of 132 and they still have not returned my money. You call and no one answers you. Of course I have filed a consumer claim and a complaint in the contentious-administrative court. If you can go to another better car rental company, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Mucho cuidado con vuestros datos si dais una tarjeta para la fianza del vehiculo que sea una en la que tengais el dinero justo o alguna de usar y tirar. Me han cobrado 3 veces la misma factura de 132 y todavia no me han devuelto el dinero. Encima llamas y no te atiende nadie. Por supuesto he puesto una reclamacion en consumo y una denuncia en el juzgado contencioso-administrativo. Si podeis ir a otra empresa de alquiler de coche mejor, no se la recomiendo a nadie.
