I was attended by Antonio at the airport, excellent customer attention. It set the mood for the trip. The car was new and delivered perfectly clean. I had a brief interaction with the road assistance team, as everything turned out to be OK, they were perefect. No hassle drop off.
Very good. No issues at all. Car OK. Not what we ordered but you never get that anyway. No complaints.

Easy to book, Collect & return. Staff member explained everything simply, was very friendly and polite. Car was perfect fir my needs. Would definitely use this company again.
We knew that our flight is delayed and that we will land most probably after closing hours of the branch. I called your helpdesk, and they promised me that they will wait for us for one hour. You had our flight details all the time. I was at the pickup branch 45 min late but did not find anybody. The guy in Hertz branch told me: "Oh, no - they're closed as usual at 9:30. Next time you should choose more reliable company. " As we were accommodated in the hotel hundred kilometers from the airport this represented for us additional cost of EUR250 for taxis, which was quite disappointing.

Excellent and quick service. The car was perfect for my needs and clean. However, it smelled as if it had been smoked in.
We had a great rental experience. The person who served us was lovely, no hard sell to take out the higher insurance which we usually get told we MUST have from other companies. No queue to collect the car unlike Goldcar next door where there was a huge line. It literally took a few minutes from getting to the arrival hall to getting into the car. The fastest turn around we have ever received whilst picking up a car hire. The price was good, (the same as Goldcar) we got a virtually brand new Clio with only a few thousand miles on the clock. It was a superior grade car to what we requested. All damage to the car on collection was clearly recorded in writing so no room for any ambiguity on return. We walked a few meters to collect the car from the airport car park. On return the drop off was so easy, just parked the car and left the keys on a drop box. We asked a question via What's App about return arrangements and received a polite reply immediately. Got a detailed confirmation that the car was returned in the condition we received it the following day. We have rented from numerous car hire companies from big groups to small local suppliers and this was by far one of the best experiences ever. We'll done Europcar 10/10
