Siempre que he alquilado algun vehiculo en Enterprise por Espana todo me ha ido muy bien, gran atencion del personal de recepcion asi como a la hora de la entrega. Explicaciones correctas de todos los tramites y los precios de todas las opciones disponibles. Te envian un mail con la factura y el contrato del vehiculo alquilado. Lo que si mejoraria yo, seria la limpieza interior de los vehiculos, un poco mas de limpieza en el interior del vehiculo asi como algun ambientador no estaria nada mal.
Whenever I have rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Spain, everything has gone very well, great attention from the reception staff as well as at the time of delivery. Correct explanations of all the procedures and prices of all the available options. They send you an email with the invoice and contract for the rented vehicle. What I would improve would be the interior cleaning of the vehicles, a little more cleaning inside the vehicle as well as some air freshener wouldn't be bad at all.

Un autentico desproposito. Solicitas una reserva llegas dos horas tarde y ya no tienes coche. Te ofrecen otro mas tarde de inferior categoria. Vueltas y mas vueltas. Se pierde mucho tiempo. Ojo a las clausulas abusivas
A real nonsense. You request a reservation, you arrive two hours late and you no longer have a car. They offer you another one later of a lower category. Round and round. A lot of time is wasted. Beware of abusive clauses

The worst experience I have had in spain we reserved a car well in advance we planned to travel to malaga for 4 days by car. On the morning we showed up to pick up the car we were told they had no cars available. My mothering law and 2 year old son were back at the hotel waiting for us to pick them up. I showed the reservation the response was sorry we have no cars. I asked why didn't you call me the response was we emailed you 2 hours ago. There was no email BTW. We took a taxi to the airport where we secured a car from Goldcar. Luckily we can still travel to malaga today thanks to Goldcar.
Sent here by my insurance company to collect a car whilst mine was in for repair. When I arrived they had no cars available. The only option was to take a 7 metre van that had not been cleaned. Not very impressed and not what is expected from a national car hire company. The lad in the office was friendly, the only reason I am giving it two stars rather than one.
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. At the start of my three week hire, they picked me up at short notice and got me on the road quickly. When I returned my vehicle, the manager helped me to book a taxi to get to my onward destination. Again, the handover was friendly and efficient, even though they were busy just before the start of big celebrations in Almeria that night. Will definitely use again.
