Servicio de atencion penoso, si haces reserva no te la hacen y lo que es peor no te avisan antes de personarte, te marean con la hora de recogida...perdiendo tiempo y dinero. Ah mucho cuidado con las denuncias y multas de trafico falsas...
Terrible customer service, if you make a reservation they don't make it for you and what's worse they don't notify you before showing up, they make you dizzy with the pick up time...wasting time and money. Oh, be careful with false traffic reports and fines...

Cero fiable. Me dejaron tirada un viernes por la tarde para una mudanza que hacia un sabado diciendo que no tenian mi furgoneta por un pinchazo. ?Una empresa de furgonetas que no tiene una rueda de repuesto?. Empezaba a trabajar en la nueva ciudad el lunes siguiente, se me acababa el piso, no tenia como sacar las cajas de la mudanza de dicho piso, era viernes tarde y no tenia mas que unas horas y que hubiera un milagro para encontrar furgoneta en otro lado... Al final tuve que alquilar la unica que quedaba en otra empresa por el doble de precio. Obviamente, pedi la hoja de reclamaciones. Ya como personas les pregunto a los empleados: ?sabeis los problemas personales que me podriais haber causado por dejarme vendida asi? Jamas alquileis una furgoneta aqui si no quereis que os dejen tirados.
Zero reliable. They left me stranded on a Friday afternoon for a move I was doing on a Saturday saying they didn't have my van due to a flat tire. A van company that doesn't have a spare tire? I started working in the new city the following Monday, I was running out of apartment, I had no way to get the moving boxes out of said apartment, it was late Friday and I only had a few hours and hopefully there would be a miracle to find a van in another side... In the end I had to rent the only one left from another company for double the price. Obviously, I asked for the complaint form. As people, I ask the employees: do you know the personal problems you could have caused me by letting me sell like that? Never rent a van here if you don't want to be left stranded.
Lo peor. Tenia una reserva hecha desde hace mas de una semana, y a menos de 24h me dejan tirado diciendo que no tienen coche ni dan solucion. En una semana han tenido tiempo de buscar uno, ademas soy un cliente asiduo a alquilar con ellos. No vuelvo
Worst. I had a reservation made for more than a week, and less than 24 hours later they left me stranded saying that they don't have a car and they don't have a solution. In a week they had time to look for one, and I am a regular customer who rents from them. I'm not coming back
Buena experiencia. Recogimos el coche en Figueras, donde se nos atendio muy amablemente y lo entregamos en Almeria, donde preguntaron por nuestro viaje, la experiencia y sensaciones sobre el vehiculo de sustitucion que nos dieron. Gracias a ambas oficinas por su empatia.

Unos estafadores, me pedian 1500EUR por un golpe que ya tenia el vehiculo, menos mal que tenia fotos como prueba. Aun asi, ni una disculpa y todo malas caras. Solo me sugerieron que no alquilara mas con ellos si no me gusta sus politicas... En eso si que le hare caso. Un verguenza
Some scammers asked me for EUR1,500 for a dent that the vehicle already had, thank goodness I had photos as proof. Still, not an apology and all bad faces. They only suggested that I not rent with them anymore if I don't like their policies... In that case I will listen to them. a shame
