Almeria car was the only rental company that was able to offer a 9 seater van at a good price. All other companies offered in August 2022 from 80-100% more for such a car. The van was literally parked at the door of the airport. We left the car in the parking lot literally 30 m from the airport. Super communication via WhatsApp throughout the rental period. I really recommend. If we manage to return to this area, we will definitely use your services

Excellent service and friendly interaction. They came to pick me up and drove me back too. Good car, yet necessarily a bit expensive due to shortages during Covid. Very honest. They even refunded me for excess gasoline that I had purchased. I recommend them.

twice we rented a car there and both times we had problems: 1. we booked two cars with the same mail address but different names/ drivers. when we wanted to pick them up, they just had one belonging to the category we booked because they thought we just wanted one as it was booked with the same mail address. as we needed two cars we were forced to pay a higher rent for a car of a higher category, because it was the only one which was left, even if it wasn't our fault as we clearly booked two cars. 2. we booked a car of a higher category, but they didn't had it anymore and we were forced to take the one from the lower category. so far so good, but... we drove quite far to Sevilla, what we also told the company, and on the way, one of the wheels lost completely its air and we needed to organize and wait for the service and mechanic, which took us in total for sure 4-5 hours. the worst point is: the wheel was from 2005, so older than 16 years, which is clearly not legal and super dangerous. that was also the reason why the wheel lost its air, because the material from the inside of the wheel went through. luckily it didn't happen on the highway, don't like to imagine what could have happened. until then I expected a car renting service to check before every single rent some safety aspects, where the wheels clearly belong to. in the end we got the money for the new wheels as the money for the rent paid back, but that was also quite an issue and we had to ask and discuss for that and not guaranteed for sure. their argument/ thought was, that a previous client maybe changed this wheel for the one from 2005... => for sure we won't rent any car there anymore and also wouldn't recommend it. next time I'm willing to pay a bit more fir being sure, that at least I won't risk my life due to the non checked safety of the car. wish you all the best and stay safe!
