DECEPCAO. Aluguei carros com a Guerim Almada tres vezes no ultimo ano, sempre utilizando o mesmo cartao, sem nenhum problema. No entanto, hoje, quando eu mais precisava do servico para trabalhar, fui surpreendido com a recusa do meu cartao. Disseram que nao aceitam cartao de debito, mas e exatamente o mesmo cartao que usei nas outras locacoes sem qualquer dificuldade. Isso me deixou completamente na mao, prejudicando meu trabalho. E inaceitavel que uma empresa mude suas regras de forma tao arbitraria, sem qualquer aviso previo, causando transtornos aos clientes. Decepcionado e a palavra que define essa experiencia. Uma falta de consideracao com quem confiou no servico tantas vezes. Nao recomendo! Perderam um cliente regular.
DECEPTION. I rented cars with Guerim Almada three times in the last year, always using the same card, without any problems. However, today, when I most needed the service to work, I was surprised by my card being refused. They said they don't accept debit cards, but it's exactly the same card I used at other rentals without any difficulty. This left me completely in the lurch, affecting my work. It is unacceptable for a company to change its rules in such an arbitrary way, without any prior notice, causing inconvenience to customers. Disappointed is the word that defines this experience. A lack of consideration for those who trusted the service so many times. I don't recommend it! They lost a regular customer.
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung. Das Auto war sauber und entsprach der vereinbarten Grosse. Maut-Regeln wurden detailliert Erlautert. Toller Service, gerne wieder.
Very nice and helpful support. The car was clean and corresponded to the agreed size. Toll rules were explained in detail. Great service, gladly again.

Really disappointed about this place. I don't recommend! The staff wasn't really friendly when we came to pick up the car, felt like we were not welcomed. They told us to bring back the car by 5pm and when we did he told us it was 4pm, it wasn't clear at all. So when we were back we had to pay for a FULL DAY more just because apparently we were 20mn of schedule ! We paid for everything for this "extra day"(insurance and all) and apparently there's nothing they could do ..... we felt wronged and it left us with a bitter taste of this rental company. I will not come here again
It's the second time we rent here, as The team at Guerin Almada are very efficient and helpful. We rented via the web and everything went smoothly! We highly recommend them !
Good cars, good prices, great location for quick getaway via A2 north or south, easily accessible from LIsbon by public transport (ferry then tram) - much better than picking up at airport. Very helpful staff (especially Rui Silva).
