We couldn't be happier to recommend Tops Rent a Car to anybody needing a vehicle in the Alicante area. The customer service is the best we've ever experienced. We initially rented a little Hyundai for a week and extended it for a month. Nothing was a problem, our every need catered for. No hesitation in using this service again or recommending.

We messaged last minute to rent a car for 2. Juwon was quick to respond, and have the car ready (modern Toyota with 20,000 miles on the clock). He was incredibly friendly and gave us all the time we needed to assess the car, and sort paperwork. He also provided airport transfer on our last day. Would recommend the service, and will use again in the future.

I had to leave a review because getting the right transport WILL make all the difference to your vacation in Alicante. We learnt the hard way that the taxi services and bus services are really bad. On the first day, we nearly got stranded late night out as it was so hard to book a taxi back and the buses can take an HOUR to come (this is no exaggeration). Furthermore, theres nothing like Uber there. So we decided to book this rental service the next day and within two hours our car was delivered to us at our hotel. The car was in spectacular condition and the manager was easy to communicate with (we speak English). The car drove well and it really made a big difference to our whole trip. Upon returning the car, the manager drove us to the airport and let us know that whenever we come back he would also pick us up for free if we decide to rent with him. The refund of the deposit was back in the account within a couple days so for anyone looking for peace of mind when travelling in Alicante, I 100% recommend this company.

Absolut Scam !! Dont rent it here. Didnt get my deposit back. Taking now legal actions. And I made Videos and fotos to justfy my review. Even the owner is denying in his comment, i would not rent it from there. The whole Team is not saying the truth and thats absolutly scam.

Juwon was very friendly and very accommodating. He picked us up from our house to take us to our rental car and also dropped us off at the airport after returning the vehicle to him (on a Sunday!) He accepted our (French) debit card at no extra cost. He warned me that the deposit would only be returned to me a month later (instead of a week for credit cards) and I confirm that I received it 3 days ago (rental for 2 people, made in August 2024). Attractive price and free transfers from and to the airport I can only recommend it!

Everything is in perfect order, the cars are clean and well-kept. The prices are good, and you can rent even without a credit card, but you have to take into account the deposit (which was returned to the account 2 weeks after returning). The car can be picked up and returned to the agreed place, and transport to the airport is included in the price. The gentleman with whom I arranged the car was very nice, smiling, and didnt say anything stupid when picking up the car. The only thing that can be questioned is punctuality, but it did not deviate from the Spanish norm. The employees English is excellent, its easy to communicate even if you have problems with it yourself. Overall, I recommend it

Can be recommended. Was picked up at the airport at midnight and driven to Gran Alacant, where the car we were to hire was located. New car that was clean and nice. I give 4 stars because we had to call to be picked up and had to wait a while. We thought this happened automatically since we had entered the flight info. It also seems that it took a little long before the deposit was returned. Otherwise a good experience and would happily use them again
