This is the third year that we have booked scooters with Top Fine Rent and we have always had a very good experience, both in terms of service and value for money. Great service for reasonable price. Car very clean and in good condition. Nice website and easy payment. You can pay deposit by debit card. One thing - if you choose premium insurance you still have to pay deposit - 200EUR (there is no info about it on website). Other than that everything is perfect. Easy return without extra cost. I will use this rental again for sure!

We made a booking for scooters with this company through Bikes Booking.com but upon arrival no scooters were available. The person in charge was very unfriendly and did not in any way try to help to find a solution. I do not recommend this place.

Scammers! Updated 24/01/2024 Havent heard anything from this company yet. The companys response states that I have caused damage, but I have proof with before and after photos that this (not visible) damage was already present. They also did not keep their promise to let me know anything. Tuition for me, a warning for you as a reader of this review! Rented a scooter for 2 days. Deposit 250 paid, video made and photos. When returning it, the best man claimed that damage had occurred. According to him, the fender was a bit crooked, otherwise no fractures or visible damage. You can see from the film and photos that the so-called damage was already there on the day of collection. Contacted and after several emails and telephone contact, the deposit was not returned.

Borg 250 betaald, filmpje gemaakt en foto s. Bij inleveren beweerde de beste man dat er schade was ontstaan. Volgens hem het spatbord wat scheef stond, verder geen breuken of zichtbare schade. Op de film en foto s kan je zien dat de zogenaamde beschadiging er al was op de dag van ophalen. Contact gezocht en na meerdere mails en telefonisch contact, de borg niet teruggekregen.
