Very good, clean car (7 person peugeot 5007). Better to have whatsapp for contact (when owner delivers car to you at the beginning). Better to book in advance, you don't need to open paypal account to pay for booking. Deposit in cash. This location is not pickup/office place

Good service. They can drive you a car right to your apartment, so you don't have to go anywhere and pick up at the same place. Cars are not new but very well maintained, clean, full tank. Provided baby chair. Available on the phone. It was possible to prolong the contact without any complications. Stuff is very friendly, good service. Good price.

Extremely unreliable company and terrible customer service. They lied to me and wasted my time. I called them to rent a car and they told me to write them about it on WhatsApp which I did. They told me initially that they have an automatic and a manual car available for the dates I wanted. After talking for three days trying to rent the automatic car that they said is available, they told me in the end no cars of any type are available anymore. From the overall conversation, I understood it is a lie, they just did not like that I cannot return the car a day later (I could not as I have the flight back). Many times I wrote on WhatsApp and waited for hours to get any answer at all, that was not even an answer to my question. Never had such a bad experience with a car rental company.
