Scam company! Stay away if youre a tourist! As a tourist i was asked to pay 1000 euro in deposit for at tiny opel corsa!? Plus 150 euro in insurrance, and even another 150 euro if any gas should be missing when it came back. The lady behind the desk was unfriendly and even started acting aggressively towards me and my girlfriend when i asked why they would charge my credit card that insane amount of money for a 2 day loan of a car thats even not worth the deposit amount

Very fast service and polite people in the office! The car was brand new and very economical - 5.5 l/100 km. on the highway. It was full to full condition of the renting, so don't forget to take your receipt from the gas station. The hour of refueling need to be less then an hour with the time of return of the car. This is very important! But even that I made this mistake and my hour of refueling was much more then an hour of return the office manager sad that this was my mistake / it was/ but they are going to return 100% of my deposit for fuel of 76 Euro. RESPECT!!! Highly recommend this company! I will use their services again next time! Thank you!

This company have one big problem: staff training. I went to the shop in person for rental question, so it would be everything clear and no surprises. Then I booked my rental, in pick up day they surprisingly refused my documents (?) even after I clarify everything before rental. But we had a option into use my partners documents and they also refuse because I was the one who booked, and in order to do that I needed to call them on the phone (and not solve there in person!!!!) . I called them and after one hour on the phone I BROUGHT a suggestion that was accepted, because all I heard from "how can I help you?" Was - we can't, sorry, we can't....or to do a new booking and lose the money of the previous! Thanks to me; who worked years with costumer service, I could go with my original rental and made a solution suggestion, after losing 2 precious vacation hours with them; I manage to get the car. Awful costumer service, amateurs. I recommend to go with big and solid companies.

Went with the no main deposit option - pick up was fast and the staff were very helpful, the car was in perfect condition and we put a fair few miles onto it with no issues. Dropped off yesterday which was a really quick process and the fuel deposit was refunded today. Will happily use Record-Go again and would recommend anyone based of our experience!

This is the fourth time I have rented a vehicle with Record Go and so far it has been a good experience. I made the fourth rental from the Alicante Train Station (Record Go office close by). The young lady who took care of us, both when we received the vehicle and when we returned it, had a good attitude and was very pleasant. The vehicle was an MG SUV which was clean and in good condition. Gasoline refunded in less than 24 hours. So far 4 out of 4 good experiences with Record Go

Process of booking and prices are good (easy to book, no hidden costs), staff is very friendly and supportive and I need to apologize to the one of the Record Go staff in Alicante who received car when I returned it, because I was furious about given car. What is my problem in general. I reserved car in the category Ford Puma or similar. When I went to pickup the car I get the similar - DR. Is the problem with weak engine, bad transmission or in both but that car cannot accelerate. Second issue I had with that model is manual AC on Spanish cost in July! Next issue I found is feature (explained to me at return) that car's truck is locked only when keys are far from the car. If I have the key in my hand I will open the truck door even the car is locked. I didn't know that and I don't read usermanual for each car I rent, I was scared that I have issue with locking the car. The last issue with car I noticed at the end of rent when I found that the car consumed almost 18 liters unleaded 95 for less then 200 km (maybe somebody returned before me less fuel but still level in the car was 8/8 when I take it in the morning). Basically, my dear Record Go this model is not similar to Ford Puma, and this model is not the good choice for renting. Staff 5 stars (my apologies again), car 1 star. In total 3.

Rented a car in June 2024. Carefully read the contract! Points to know: 1.office and pick-up (+ drop-off)location are different buildings 5 min away which is confusing and not convenient,especially if you have luggage and family 2. if you get a full insurance coverage, you get damaged car (photo) 3.you should drop-off with a full tank with a gas station within 10km from the drop-off location, which with this location is a challenge. if you do not - they charge around 140euro 4.if you pick up or drop-off the car after the pointed time - charge again. If you do not read carefully the contract, you will drive Ford, and will pay like for BMW. very disappointed with this company. next time will choose another company-more reliable and honest.

Excellent experience from RecordGo. Booked online for a very good price (including full insurance). Arrived at Alicante and asked if a particular model car was available from the category we booked, which they were able to prepare in a very quick amount of time. The car was immaculate, drove great and had plenty of features - electric seats, electric sunroof, air conditioning, colour radio display. Collection was very transparent about payments and the contract. Returning the car was equally easy - refuel the car within 10km of the office and return keys and fuel receipt to staff. All members of staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, telling us about their different cars. Would definitely recommend if visiting Alicante.
