Very poor service from. OK mobility. I tried to make a reservation 5 times via the web then called Custimer Service who could make a reservation but could not apply the discount because the systems did not talk to each other. I have gone to another company.
Total scam, they check the car few hours later by themselve after you give back the key ( because there is not enough person in the office) and try to charge you extra. Such a waste of time to go back to the office the following day to show them the proof of No impact generated... Be very carefull with this Company I rent many car due to work but definetly the worst renting Company I ever experienced ..
Very bad experience with this location. We rented a car for one day. After we brought the car back, they didn't check the car with us to see if there was any new damage. When we got back to the hotel we got an email that they charged us for EUR200,- because of damage at the passengers side door. We were sure we didn't make any new damage, because we made pictures before picking up the car to see if there was any damage before. After calling with customer service they found out that the office that checked the car didn't even made pictures of the damage that they charged us for, so it felt like they all made it up to charge us an extra EUR200,- So we are really disappointed in the service of OK mobility. Have to give the customer service a good review though because they were really helpful.
They charged us EUR900 to change a tire on a car with a faulty tire pressure warning light. The staff on-site "can't" do anything. Customer service is a black hole. Prior to processing the vehicle swap, the staff on-site did not advise us of the following fees: -Vehicle replacement fee -Administration fee -Two truck fee (we returned the car to their lot) It's not worth it. Just use any other company.
Positive: The car we rented was ok. Negative: The service was bad. We promptly arrived before 12:30 to return the car, only to find their office closed and empty without a note whatsoever. We waited for 20 minutes standing outside the office. Elena arrived past 12:30 and did not offer any apologies. If you advertise to have a non-stop office, then it should be open at all times. If you have schedules to follow, perhaps a flight to catch then avoid ok mobility at all cost. It was also difficult to contact OKMobility Alicante by phone. Just to ask a question, we had to go through pre-recorded messages.
Took 3 rentals from OK Rent a Car in one month. The first time, an upgrade to a higher class was cheaper than the rate I had booked, but they couldn't match the rate. I asked to keep the higher rate and just upgrade the rental car, but they said I had to pay more. Then we got a car that was filthy inside and out. The second time, after driving out, we realized the car had a flat tire. The staff member had told us to purchase the road assistance package in case of a flat tire, but this felt like a ploy to make more money rather than ensuring a reliable vehicle. The third time, despite all my rentals being fully insured by them, they didn't accept my country's driving license, even though my international license was fine. At the very least, they could have called any large rental car company to verify the authenticity of my driving license, as I later rented from another company without any issues. So much more happened, but I will only go through the main points. Reaching their customer service is impossible--it's closed on weekends, and there's no direct phone number. When you call on a weekday, you have to wait a long time to speak to someone who then redirects you or asks you to call back because you pressed a wrong choice. I did 6 bookings with them for my family and friends who were visiting me, and I vow never to use them again, even if I have to pay more elsewhere. OK Rent a Car, you are not OK.
Great customer service at the office in Alacant Terminal. The car was clean, brand new and fully met the requirements described during the rental agreement signing. I highly recommend!
I recently rented a car from them for a month, adhering to all guidelines and returning the vehicle on time with no incidents. However, the company claimed I caused 500 euros in damages without inspecting the car in my presence. They charged my credit card immediately, leaving me with no chance to contest or provide evidence. I had documented the car's condition with pictures, clearly showing no damage. This experience highlights their unjust practices. Be cautious when renting from them and ensure thorough documentation to avoid falling victim to unwarranted charges.
