The team are very friendly and helpful. The car was a great little fiat 500, perfect for me. No hard sell on insurance and no problem with the return of the car. I would recommend them any time.

We have used KeyGo twice in the last 2 months Very good cars at a great price. Very simple and efficient booking process. Excellent and easy airport collection and quick transfer to smart KeyGo offices. Quick registration process. Great staff! Roselana and the other ladies are very friendly, relaxed and helpful at transfer/registration. William was very efficient & thorough when returning the car and opportunity be a little friendlier in a customer-facing role (totally understand some customers are idiots...but some of us are decent and trustworthy). Will definitely use KeyGo regularly if this experience is the standard of product and service. Thank you everybody at KeyGo and see you soon. *Top Tip: Always keep a fuel receipt when returning car, as proof you refuelled nearby (sadly some customers refuel miles away & know fuel gauge will still show "full").

We hired a car from KeyGo when visiting Alicante. The process was very smooth, the shuttle picked us up from the airport after 10 minute wait and took us to the car hire which was around 5/10 minutes away. The only hiccup was that stated on the website, the Peugeot 7 seater could accommodate 6 people + baby car seat and 4 + suitcases. Upon arrival there was no way our luggage would fit. I don't think this car should be advertised as being able to take that amount of luggage as was impossible. Luckily for us, we were able to change to a Caddy which had much more room, although we had to pay an extra EUR12 for this, the women stated it was meant to be an extra EUR5 per day and she gave us it cheaper. Apart from the that, the process went very smooth. Would 100 % recommend and would use again.

Had to wait a few mins at the airport to be picked up after calling to check what was going on, but otherwise very smooth pick up/drop off. Rental documents sent directly to your email for future reference. Reasonable price. Lovely cars too.

I used them 4 times last year and everything went smooth in 2023. This year they exchanged their very friendly staff into the opposite, customer orientation is not the point anymore and they will charge your credit card without your authorization, they just don't care. In addition to that the car was dirty on pickup, the "deep cleaning" was even mentioned in the contract. Please be aware and check your credit card statement after the rental. You get what you pay for, luckily there are many other good options.

Highly recommended for car hire but as we only collected the car today will do full review after end of hire. Within a day of hire 'check oil' light came on. Oil level on minimum. Luckily knew of WV garage and added 1litre of 'special oil'. No phone authorisation, only ansaphone. Nevertheless invoice honoured at end of hire and cost reimbursed. Will use this company again.

Great service, I booked a Fiat 500 for a day with the Excellence service online. As a young driver, I added the option when I made the reservation. When I arrived at the rental agency, they asked me to pay for the option and also the deposit by credit card. That's normal because you don't pay for that online. Then I signed the contract and took the car. The process was fast. The car was great, and I had no issues when I returned it. Finally, they told me that the deposit would be refunded to me immediately. I recommend it!

Effortless I have had my fair share of European car hire companies trying it on one way or the other. The price was great, no pushy up sell for insurance (I booked my own from the UK). I had to get late pick up at 01:00, our flight was delayed and they tracked it, the lady was waiting for us at the terminal. Easy drop off with no hassle. Don't hire a fiat panda, it's a terrible car but obviously not the fault of the car hire company, I'd opt for something better next time. Thank you to the staff for great service
