This company makes money on your small mistakes. Renting a car here sets you up for a scam. I have rented here twice. The second time was a disaster. After arriving just a little bit late, our car hire that was all ready payed for had been cancelled. This is so that you will become desperate and hire a new more expensive car. First time I rented here I had to wait more than an hour to get my car and then I got a cheaper replacement with no automatic. Not a deal breaker, but considering that they can be late but not I make me very disappointed. Just as we were in the office, there were other people coming in having various problems. And all very directed to the fine print with some ridiculous rule, that is only there to scam you. Rent somewhere else.

We got an upgraded car at no extra charge. The car was immaculate. The person who checked us in & out, Jacob, was very pleasant , professional, & spoke excellent English. Ayoub was also very helpful in assisting us with the navigation system. We would highly recommend.

Pre-booked a people carrier which was not available on collection. So they put us in two cheaper cars which was not ideal as we needed two drivers and additional fuel. Promised to be charged the original contracted amount but then after 2 months on return they charged double, so an additional 1000 euros for an extra hire. Called up and promised it would be dealt with and followed up with emails which go ignored. Totally scammed. Use this company at your own risk, the money they stole meant I could not take my children on holiday the following year.

Do not rent with them!! An absolute scam! We rented the car for a week and returned it out of hours. I then received an email when I returned home to say that there was damage on the drivers door? No damage was there when we returned the car and no one looked over the car with us before we left in the transfer bus. The car was absolutely covered in scratches and dents all over when we picked it up and have many pictures and a video to show the damage. We paid for a full to full tank of fuel and we got a car which had no fuel we had to go straight to a fuel station to refuel. They have taken my deposit and charged me EUR1500 with no proof of any damage at all. I said to my partner when I picked it up and saw all the damage that they would try and blame us for some damage and they did exactly that. Don't use these guys they are out to get every penny they can scam off you and screw you over. The email is a non respond email so had to email another way so no idea if they have received it yet or not yet they have triggered the pending on my account for the EUR1500. Do not use them!!!!!

Watch out they are scammers! We rented a car for 7 days from the 15th of July till the 22nd of July, because the car was not available at the train station location(even though we made a reservation prior) we had to travel to Benidorm to their other location to pick up the car. The guys said they would cover the taxi expenses which they did the next day. However when we returned the car and everything was perfect the guys checked it, and we only got back 140 of our deposit back. They returned the 60 euros on the 17th and then 140 more when we returned it! Even though we should have gotten 260 back. I tried reaching out to them numerous times, but they do not reply to your emails.

I specifically chose Enterprise at ALC Airport because they had always provided excellent service. To my dismay, I was billed for a "free" upgrade since my reserved car wasn't available. For the past two weeks, I've been trying to get a refund, but all I've encountered is constant runaround, with no one able to resolve the issue. Because of this blatant disregard for a loyal customer, I can no longer recommend Enterprise to my family and friends. This is unacceptable, Enterprise.

Be careful, scammers! they didn't return the deposit price of 200 EUR, I rented the car for 3 days, only used it for 2 days, I drove from the airport to the hotel, then the car sat there for a day and on the 3rd day I returned the car, I drove only 100 km, before returning it I stopped by and filled the tank full of fuel , but this company decided not to give the money! swindlers

Forget all the other car rental services in Alicante city, Enterprise is the way to go. Paco and his team were extremely helpful, patient and offered us realistic solutions/options. Whilst the other car companies were either quick to dismiss us or just offer us $$$ options, Paco and their team did the exact opposite. And they did all this, without us having a prior booking. So when we did do a booking, they were even more helpful in ensuring we got the most out of our car rental. Thank you guys! You made our exploration of Alicante possible.
