Una experiencia lamentable. El telefono de la web he llamado mil veces y siempre apagado. Solo he conseguido hablar con ellos porque me devolvieron 1 llamada via WhatsApp, la cual les expuse mis necesidades, las cuales me indicaron que me volverian a llamar para cerrar el tema y pasadas 3 semanas y millones de llamadas por mi parte tanto por telefono como por WhatsApp no me han cogido el telefono. Tambien les he mandado mensajes via WhatsApp y no obtengo respuesta. La verdad un trato al cliente nefasto.
