He estado en 4 oficinas de Northgate y aunque espero no tener que volver pronto por cualquier posible fallo tecnico de volver, espero que sea aqui. El trato de Carlos de 10 y encima me pasaron el coche por la maquina de limpieza. Que maravilla! Estuve esperando 3 horas aproximadamente pero estuve informado en o Todo momento
I have been to 4 Northgate offices and although I hope I don't have to return anytime soon due to any possible technical failure to return, I hope it is here. Carlos' treatment was 10 and on top of that they put my car through the cleaning machine. How wonderful! I was waiting for approximately 3 hours but I was informed in o every moment

La experiencia en esta delegacion de Northgate ha sido simplemente excepcional , desde Carlos que me atiende en primer lugar haciendome sentir como en casa haciendo una gran labor en la recepcion y entrega del vehiculo , pasando por los mecanicos que me han resuelto todas las dudas y anomalias que presentaba mi vehiculo , hasta Ivan el jefe de taller cual gestion e implicacion en que todo saliese bien ha sido inmejorable , recomiendo esta sede para cualquier tipo de reparacion a su vehiculo , da gusto encontrar gente tan profesional y a la vez tan cercana
The experience in this Northgate branch has been simply exceptional, from Carlos who serves me first, making me feel at home doing a great job in receiving and delivering the vehicle, to the mechanics who have resolved all my doubts and anomalies. that presented my vehicle, even Ivan the workshop manager whose management and involvement in making sure everything went well has been unbeatable. I recommend this location for any type of repair to your vehicle. It is a pleasure to find people so professional and at the same time so close.
Gran trato por parte de todo el personal y muy amables, el coche cada vez que sale de las revisiones sale perfecto y tambien lo entregan lavado por fuera, siempre lo llevo a este taller y nunca he tenido ningun problema! Un saludo.
