El responsable o dueno Alberto. Muy agradable y atento. Compre una furgoneta usada y no me ha puesto ningun problema por reparar algunos defectos que yo mismo deberia de haber visto ya que fue como me la ensenaron

La reserva fue online, el proceso de alquiler fue sencillo y rapido, nos trataron amablemente tanto para recoger la furgoneta como para devolverla, la devolucion de la fianza fue rapida. Por nuestra parte, necesitabamos una furgoneta para recoger un pedido de Jerez y tirar algunos trastos de casas que abultaban bastante, y... fue un poco locura. La furgoneta al margen de que estuviese aranada, o llena de golpes, o que tuviera aviso inicial de fallo de ABS o revision pendiente, tenia un problema de deteccion de los cinturones de seguridad y apertura de puertas que hacia que en todo momento estuvieran saltando el pitido del cinturon de seguridad (aunque lo tuvieses puesto) o de que tenias alguna puerta abierta... asi que en mi caso 1 hora hasta Jerez para ir, y 1 hora de vuelta, con un sonido precioso de fondo.
The reservation was online, the rental process was simple and fast, they treated us kindly both to pick up the van and to return it, the return of the deposit was quick. For our part, we needed a van to pick up an order from Jerez and throw away some junk from houses that were quite bulky, and... it was a bit crazy. The van, regardless of whether it was scratched, or full of bumps, or whether it had an initial warning of an ABS failure or a pending inspection, had a problem with detecting the seat belts and opening the doors which meant that the van was jumping at all times. beeping of the seat belt (even if you had it on) or that you had a door open... so in my case 1 hour to Jerez to go, and 1 hour back, with a beautiful sound in the background.

Necesitaba una furgoneta para hacer una mudanza, ellos me asesoraron rapido y tras reservarla, solo tuve que ir al dia siguiente a recogerla y hacer mi mudanza sin mas preocupaciones. Para la entrega, a pesar de ser domingo igual, pude entregarla sin problemas y a los pocos minutos ya me habian devuelto la fianza. Desde el primer momento me mostraron interes en alquilarme un vehiculo de las caracteristicas que me hacia falta, posteriormente al primer alquiler sin previo aviso aplace la devolucion y Alberto se preocupo en solucionarme el problema, he tenido un vehiculo Toyota proace durante 3 semanas y volvere a alquilar si me hace falta. Tanto Alberto como los dos recepcionistas me han atendido de 10. Gracias por hacermelo tan facil y el precio mas que razonable.

Los sabados solo hay una persona para atender a todo el mundo y la verdad que se hace bastante largo el tiempo de espera para ser atendido. A destacar la profesionalidad del dependiente que nos atendio. Un punto negativo porque ponen limite de kms (400km) a las 24hr con una tarifa que lo desmerece (45 euros) un clase A. En la costa del Sol el mismo coche costaria alrededor de 25 euros al dia con km ilimitados. Pueden mejorar. Edit 24/1/2019 Llamo para hacer una reserva para el dia 26 y no tienen disponible un vehiculo de la categoria A que necesito para un dia para recorrer 100km. Me proponen una categoria superior pero que no me hacen el upgrade gratuito y me quieren cobrar EUR70, normalmente todas las empresas de rent a car ofrecen este servicio sin recargo, se lo hago presente y me dice que esto es lo que hay, si quiero bien si no me puedo ir a tomar por c... Voy a ir a pedir hoja de reclamacion y a ver quien sera que se va. Personal muy desagradable en esta ocasion. Obviamente no lo recomiendo y no volvere a usar sus servicios?
