Pesimo servicio. El miercoles voy a por un coche de sustitucion y solo pueden ofrecerme un electrico. Acepto con la condicion de que me avisen nada mas tengan uno diesel/gasolina. Hoy es viernes y sigo esperando su llamada, la sorpresa? Cuando voy a devolver el vehiculo veo 4 coches aparentemente disponibles, digo aparentemente porque ya no hay atencion al publico (en teoria estan hasta las 18:00 pero a las 17:45 ya no habia nadie.) No comprendo como una empresa de alquiler de vehiculos no tenga vehiculos disponibles durante toda una semana....
Terrible service. On Wednesday I'm going to get a replacement car and they can only offer me an electric one. I accept on the condition that they notify me as soon as they have a diesel/gasoline one. Today is Friday and I'm still waiting for your call, the surprise? When I go to return the vehicle I see 4 cars apparently available, I say apparently because there is no longer any customer service (in theory they are there until 6:00 p.m. but at 5:45 p.m. there was no one there.) I don't understand how a car rental company doesn't have vehicles available for a whole week...

Despues de haber probado varias empresas de alquiler de coches, descubri enterprise, porque la tengo al lado de casa. Es la segunda vez que alquilo un coche con ellos, y vuelvo a repetir que son una maravilla. Juan el chico de la oficina, te da todo tipo de explicaciones, y se esfuerzo al maximo para un optimo trabajo. Y por supuesto Adrian, que limpia y desinfecta los coches y los deja realmente nuevos, a parte de hacerles la puesta a punto. No quiero olvidarme de Natacha y Alejandro, que aunque esta vez no estaban merecen ser mencionados. Sois los mejores, gracias por el buen servicio.
After having tried several car rental companies, I discovered enterprise, because I have it next to my house. This is the second time I have rented a car with them, and I repeat that they are wonderful. Juan, the boy from the office, gives you all kinds of explanations, and makes every effort to do an optimal job. And of course Adrian, who cleans and disinfects the cars and leaves them really new, in addition to tuning them up. Realice la reserva de un camion con plataforma elevadora, el dia de antes de la recogida, me informan que el camion ha reventado una rueda y no estara disponible, me idican que puedo cancelar la reserva o darme un vehuculo (mucho inferior y sin plataforma) decido cancelar la reserva, y de esto hace mas de 1 mes y sigo sin la devolucion, por mas que llamo para reclamar la devolucion de la reserva no contestan, no aconsejo para nada esta empresa... muy poco profesionales..
I made the reservation for a truck with a lifting platform, the day before the pickup, they informed me that the truck has blown a wheel and will not be available, they tell me that I can cancel the reservation or give me a vehicle (much inferior and without a platform). I decide to cancel the reservation, and this was more than 1 month ago and I still have no refund, no matter how many times I call to request a refund of the reservation, they do not answer, I do not recommend this company at all... very unprofessional..
pongo una estrella porque cero no puedo. Recojo el vehiculo sucio sin limpiar por dentro ni por fuera. Reviso que tiene algunos rasgunos pero doy por hecho que ya lo tienen en cuenta. A la hora de entregarlo me dicen que unos rasgunos que hay no estaban, luego que uno si pero otro no cuando claramente es del mismo golpe. Un desastre de servicio.
I put one star because I can't do zero. I pick up the dirty vehicle without cleaning inside or out. I check that it has some scratches but I assume that they have already taken that into account. When it came time to deliver it, they told me that some of the scratches there were not there, then that one was there but another was not when it is clearly from the same blow. A service disaster.
Impresentables , enganoso , poco profesional , recomiendo hacer video del coche entero que te entregan mal un coche a tu vuelta te adjudican a ti cualquier problema de mal estado . Mi caso me lleve un coche ( que eran 108 y acabe pagando 270) pero al llegar a la gasolinera 300metros repostando , veo que lleva 2 mordisco la cubierta le hago foto , al dia siguiente se devuelve le digo lo ocurrido y dicen que eso estaba bien . 570EUR 2 ruedas . Si no te das cuenta y pro una mala gestion de ellos ocurre algo en carretera .... Decir que siempre alquilo en Enterprice desde hace anos pero aqui no son de fiar .
Unpresentable, misleading, unprofessional, I recommend making a video of the entire car, they give you a bad car upon your return, they blame any problem of poor condition on you. In my case, I took a car (it was 108 and I ended up paying 270) but when I got to the gas station 300 meters away refueling, I saw that it had 2 bites in the cover, I took a photo of it, the next day it was returned, I told them what happened and they said that was fine . EUR570 2 wheels. If you don't realize it and because of their poor management, something happens on the road... I would say that I have always rented from Enterprice for years but they are not trustworthy here.
I don't usually write reviews but I had an especially pleasant experience at this location of Enterprise. I had picked up my car at the Alicante airport location (where I received a free upgrade to a larger model) and dropped it off at the Valencia Alfalfar location, not realizing it was quite a bit from the city centre. When asking the staff what the easiest way to the city was they offered to drop me off at the train station (where they also have an office). This saved me a lot of time. During the trip Guillermo also gave me some excellent recommendations for restaurants to visit during my trip. Both he and his manager were extremely friendly and accommodating! Great service!
Mi 1 vez con entrerprise y la verdad que no sera la ultima. Facilidad para alquilar el coche ,buenos precios y sobretodo la gran atencion y buen trato por parte de los chavales que me ayudaron con el alquiler del coche en la oficina de enterprise alfafar. Sin duda recomendable si te hace falta alquilar tanto un coche o una furgoneta.
My first time with entrerprise and the truth is that it won't be the last. Ease of renting the car, good prices and above all the great attention and good treatment from the guys who helped me with the car rental at the enterprise alfafar office.
