This was our second time in the house and we really enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and help from Victor. Great house with everything you need, dedicated places in the house for the bikes and bike tools. Shopping just around the corner and perfectly located for long rides. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passons un excellent sejour dans la maison. Elle est tres bien equipee. Proche de la plage (15' a pieds). Nous etions 3 avec notre chiot et c'etait ideal pour lui aussi. Victor est toujours disponible et accueillant pour ses locataires et cela est tres agreable. Nous venions pour une course a Soller mais avons decide de loger sur Alcudia car nous avions eu le coup de coeur pour l'appartement. Nous le recommandons :)

We had an excellent stay in the house. It is very well equipped. Close to the beach (15' walk). There were 3 of us with our puppy and it was ideal for him too. Victor is always available and welcoming to his tenants and that is very pleasant. We came to Soller for an errand but decided to stay in Alcudia because we fell in love with the apartment. We recommend it :)

The house has everything you need to feel at home! We enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. All the facilities were in great condition. And last but not least of course Viktor is an amazing host. He was always helpful and meets all our needs! He brought us a traditional dessert which was so delicious :) You won't be regret if you choose to stay in Villa Tucan. Definitely recommend it!

Perfect stay at this place for the Alcudia Ironman. Victor was very accommodating and helpful with the bikes around the days of the event and the place was very clean, quiet and perfect for a small group. Would definitely recommend.

5/5 stars. We had an n amazing stay here for the Mallorca half Ironman. The apartment had everything you need and was within a 15 minute walk to the beach/main restaurants. The host was very attentive - he organised our airport transfers and for our bikes to be assembled/disassembled. Great service, will definitely be staying here again next year. Gracias Victor

Highly recommended accommodation, clean rooms, clean bed linen, a landlord who solves the small problems immediately. We complained that there were no towel racks in the bathroom to dry the towels. Victor promptly came over and installed several holders. The shirt that was forgotten in a drawer was also sent straight away. Muchas gracias, Victor, nos encantaria volver.

We stayed in the accommodation for a week and were very satisfied. The house was very clean and the furnishings left nothing to be desired. There was even a toolbox for repairing our bicycles. There is a great seating area outside where we sat every evening. Overall, Viktor is a great host and also takes care of transfers, so we were picked up from the airport and driven back there. I will definitely visit this property again. Absolutely recommended!

Selbst ein Werkzeugkoffer zum reparieren unserer Fahrrader war da. Draussen gibt es eine tolle Sitzecke, wo wir jeden Abend sassen. Great apartment and well equipped for everyday use, we stayed here for a week, a great place to stay even without a bike. The apartment also includes a shared saltwater pool for quick cooling, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can cool and heat. The apartment is centrally located and there are shops for your daily needs in the surrounding area, and the harbor promenade can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. We would definitely rent this apartment again and again.

Super Wohnung und super fur den taglichen Gebrauch ausgestattet, wir waren hier fur eine Woche, auch ohne Fahrrad ein tolles Domizil. Zu der Wohnung gehort auch ein Gemeinschafts- Salzwasser- Pool fur die schnelle Abkuhlung, alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage, die kuhlen als auch heizen konnen, ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt schon zentral und in der naheren Umgebung findet man Einkaufsmoglichkeiten fur den taglichen Bedarf, die Hafenpromenade ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Wir wurden auf jeden Fall immer wieder diese Wohnung mieten.
