Good service and prices. We rented car (polo or similar) with manual gears and insurance for 2 days with price only less than hundred euros. We were also gladly surprised that they could provide us Opel Corsa with automatic gears for same price. We also had few extra hours for same price. If you plan to go Mallorcan fashion outlet, we got extra 10% discount coupon from Vanrell which was valid whole day and almost in every shop. Good, polite and exact service, insurance service was also clear and fast. Front of their office were not parking places available, but customers can use big parking lot in bellevue plaza which had all the time some parking places available.

A very unpleasant experience and cheating is on the menu. The lady there robbed me of 120 euro for one day for a car. I got in the second day for 40 and 55 per day. No you are not correct. Even your other employees considered that we were overpriced first time. So it's not about an "offer". It's about respect and not abusing people who don't know prices.

Really good service - When we booked the car there was a misunderstanding for when we wanted the car (My mistake for not checking what had been wrote on our receipt) but Adrian sorted things out for us when we turned up to collect the car a day later than they expected, even allowing an upgrade on our original booking due to limited availability. Car was excellent (2022 Fiat 500X, only 23xxx KMs on the clock).

Hello I had rented a car, everything went very well and the woman who handed over the car to us spoke very good German. But unfortunately I would like to point out a problem. I took over the vehicle with a tank that wasnt even half full, we then drove towards Palma and in Inca the fuel gauge suddenly went on. Well, I filled up for 60 and then drove on to Palma. In total we drove around 150 km. The evening I brought the car back, I explained it and the lady was slightly rude to me and told me I shouldnt act like that. So for 150 km I dont need 60 of fuel, thats three times what I drove. So the fun cost me 150, which was way too expensive. I would have liked to have at least 30 back, but all I got was a tired smile from the lady. Its a shame something ruined my day

Hallo Ich hatte ein Auto gemietet lief alles super gute Abwicklung die Frau wo uns das Auto ubergeben hat sprach sehr gut Deutsch. Aber leider mochte ich doch ein Problem anmerken. Das Fahrzeug wurde von mir mit einem nicht mal halb vollem Tank ubernommen, wir sind dann Richtung Palma gefahren und in Inca geht auf einmal die Tankanzeige an. Ich hatte gern mind. 30 zuruckgehabt hab dann aber nur ein Mudes Lacheln der Dame bekommen. Schade hat mir schon den Tag etwas versaut

Venrell car rental has a lot of cars to choose from - small city cars, large family cars, sports cars, everyone will find something for themselves. It is worth mentioning the very professional customer service. Maria and Adrian are very nice people, in addition to advising us on choosing a car, they told us what to visit in Majorca, how to behave on the road, and where to park.
