Some of the staff in the office speak other languages than spanish, but the rest is only spanish speaking. The rental process was straightforward. The scooter itself should have been better maintained, brakes were squeaking and the fuel indicator was broken.

Perfect for the CALA MILLOR ibacar They came to pick us up from the hotel, between the time of doing the paperwork and our departure with the vehicle we stayed barely 10 minutes in the agency. Very efficient and whats more, the lady at reception spoke French well. And on the way back, less than 5 minutes for the vehicle to be picked up and they took it back to our hotel. Very good rental agency

Unfortunately not recommended. The Riu Bravo works with Ibacar and I trusted that they would rent reasonable bikes. Prices are very reasonable... for good reason. The wheels are completely rusted. Mine didnt survive the journey to Palma and back. The entire rear derailleur broke off. However, service works really well. We immediately got a new (rusted) bike.

Die Rader sind vollig verrostet. Meins hat den Weg nach Palma und zuruck nicht uberlebt. Das komplette Schaltwerk hinten ist abgebrochen. Service funktioniert allerdings richtig gut. Haben sofort ein neues (verrostetes) Rad bekommen.

We rented 2 e-bikes. Hotel pickup was free. I think 12 euros including fully comprehensive insurance for 5 hours (per bike) is reasonable. Come back to you next time you visit Malle. :-)

All around more than satisfied. I give 5 stars, why? Rented a 125cc Piagio scooter for 5 hours today. The booking was made through the Hotel Gran Playa de Palma that I booked. + We were picked up from the hotel by car and brought back again. + All costs are true transparent, then signed ( 55.50). We paid 17.50 for the tank. Well, its not exactly cheap and logical that we use less in 5 hours with a scooter, but it is clear that the rental companies want to make additional profit somewhere, like restaurants with water or similar. A very, very big plus point is because the tank was initially not full as usual but only 1/4 full. The operator gave us, there were two of us, 17 and said we should simply put a few euros in the tank after the journey so that it was 1/4 full again. Done done. So I was allowed to keep the remaining money of just under 14. So everything together is really great. I would be happy to recommend this. Lg

Die Buchung verlief uber das von mir gebuchte Hotel Gran Playa de Palma. + Wir wurden vom Hotel mit dem Auto abgeholt und wieder zuruck gebracht. + Alle kosten wahren Transparent, danach wurde unterschrieben (55,50 ). Wir haben fur den Tank 17,50 bezahlt. Gut ist nicht gerade gunstig und logisch das wir mit einem Roller in 5 Stunden weniger verbrauchen, dennoch ist es klar das die Verleiher irgendwo auch zusatzlich Gewinn machen mochten wie Restaurants mit Wasser o.a. Ein sehr sehr dicker Plus Punkt kommt hinzu weil, der Tank anfangs nicht voll war wie eigentlich ublich sondern nur 1/4 voll. Der Betreiber gab uns, wir waren zu zweit, 17 und meinte, wir sollen einfach den Tank nach der Fahrt nochmal paar Euro rein tanken das er wieder 1/4 voll ist. Gemacht getan. Das Restgld von knapp 14 durfte ich also behalten. Also alles zusammen echt super. Kann das gerne weiter empfehlen. Lg

Very bad experience. We arrived from the flight and there was no one there, we had to wait half an hour after calling them for them to come and give us the car keys. On the other hand, they asked us for 20e for gasoline and we had to pay for the car with a credit card (We only had a debit card or cash but it wasnt worth it) otherwise we had to take out the insurance or leave a 900e deposit (Be careful because the 900e if who accepted them in cash). A thousand excuses and obstacles for us to take out insurance and thats it. The joke in the end cost us about 350e only for 4 days and for a car that barely pulled on the climbs. I do not recommend it to anyone, it is better to take your own car on the ferry which is cheaper or rent it from another company

Experiencia muy mala. Llegamos del vuelo y no habia nadie, tuvimos que esperar media hora despues de llamarlos nosotros para que nos vinieran a dar las llaves del coche. Por otro lado, nos pidieron 20e de gasolina y debiamos de pagar lo del coche con tarjeta de credito (Solo teniamos tarjeta de debito o efectivo pero no les valia) sino teniamos que contratar el seguro o dejar 900e de fianza (Ojo porque los 900e si que los aceptaban en efectivo). Mil escusas y trabas para que contrataramos el seguro y ya esta. La broma al final nos salio por unos 350e solo por 4 dias y por un coche que apenas tiraba en las subidas. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, mejor llevar tu propio coche en el ferry que te sale mas barato o alquilarlo en otra empresa

The vehicle (Fiat Panda) was as new and therefore very well maintained. Renting at the reception of our hotel in Mallorca is very comfortable and also quite cheap (7 days including comprehensive insurance 199 and 3 days including comprehensive insurance 99 with unlimited mileage). 2 stars deducted for the customer-unfriendly empty/empty rule upon delivery. Here, 18 is collected when you pick it up, but the vehicle was fueled (and paid for!) by the previous renter. The only sensible and fair regulation would be full/full, such as at Europcar and other reputable providers. Otherwise recommended due to the rental fees (at least in Mallorca).

Die einzig vernunftige und faire Regelung ware Voll/Voll wie z.B. bei Europcar und weiteren seriosen Anbietern. Ansonsten aufgrund der Leihgebuhren (zumindest auf Mallorca) empfehlenswert.

Here you are completely taken for a ride, we were charged a deposit of 20 euros for the fuel in case we returned the car empty (the tank was half full). Wir brachten das auto wieder halbvoll zuruck und der feine herr weigerte sich uns die kaution wieder zuruck zu geben, erst nach 10 minuten lautstarker diskussion handigte er uns die 20 euro wieder aus. Renting a car in Majorca. Very very limited: - A person comes to see you at the airport (*) and makes you sign a contract without seeing the car and makes you pay 22 for petrol only to hear There is 1/4 full and you have to return the car with it 1/4 full. Finally I learned that it is a common practice to save money and that you have to return the car dry. + credit card imprint of 900 by offering you additional insurance already integrated into the contract. Margoulin practice ndeg1 - We made the reservation with 2 children aged 71/2 and 31/2: Result, we got a baby car seat for 38 and a booster for 25 --> first inconvenience.. a child aged 31/2 weighs no less than 10Kg.. It seems so obvious. NO SOLUTION on site.. We are finally told that the 2nd booster seat will be brought to the hotel. I am still waiting for it! Margoulin attitude #2! For your information, I dare to hope to be reimbursed but I believe it is average. Its not their fault if my almost 4 year old son no longer fits in a baby seat... joke! - Condition of the car! underinflated tires, no windshield washer fluid, radio antenna missing, scratches almost everywhere, right side mirrors out of place. I thought it was a joke! No...we dont have a choice. These people dont have a Base like SIXT, Europcar and other better-known rental companies. So, if you want to go to the hotel, it s take it or leave it. Margoulins attitude ndeg3 - Back. We leave the car in a parking lot with the keys on the wheel... and we pray not to have any unpleasant surprises! who is responsible? Did I sign anything? I left a credit card imprint and Basta! really not professional and to be avoided! (*) the person refuses to give their telephone number because they are obviously not from the company. A sort of steward. very practical and very reassuring. In short, I advise you against it. It was COLOMBUS voyage who imposed this rental company on us and I regret it.

Ca parait tellement evident. AUCUNE SOLUTION sur place.. On nous indique finalement quon nous amenera le 2eme rehausseur a l hotel Je lattends encore ! Attitude de margoulin ndeg2 ! Pour info, jose esperer etre rembourser mais jy crois moyen. Cest pas leur faute si mon fils de presque 4ans ne rentre plus dans un siege bebe.. blague ! - Etat de la voiture ! pneus sous gonfles, pas de liquide lave glace, antenne radio absente, rayures a peu pres partout, retroviseurs droit deboite. Jai cru que cetait une blague ! Non.. on a pas le choix. Ces gens nont pas de Base comme un SIXT, Europcar et autres loueurs plus connus. Du coup, si on veut se rendre a lhotel, cest a prendre ou a laisser. Attitude de Margoulin ndeg3 - Retour. On laisse la voiture sur un parking avec cles sur la roue.. et on prie pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises ! qui est responsable ? Jai rien signe ? Jai laisse une empreinte carte bleue et Basta ! vraiment pas pro et a eviter ! (*) la personne refuse de donner son numero de telephone car elle est visiblement pas de la societe. Une sorte dintendant. tres pratique et tres rassurant. Bref, je vous deconseille. Cest COLOMBUS voyage qui nous a impose ce loueur et je regrette.

Wir hatten einen MINI CABRIO gemietet, nachts auf dem Parkplatz ist jemand drangefahren und hat das Auto vorne links beschadigt. War alles kein Problem, hat die Vollkasko ubernommen OHNE Selbstbeteiligung. Wir haben den Wagen halbvoll ubernommen und wieder halbvoll abgegeben, war auch kein Problem. Wir konnen diese Firma echt weiterempfehlen!

If you wanted to reserve a Fiat Panda by phone at Ibacar, Mallorca Cala Ratjada for 2 days. And we were told by phone that we had to come by to pay a deposit. At the agency we were then told that Ibacar did not have a car available for the time we had specified. As a customer I just feel like Ive been betrayed. I cannot recommend such an unorganized and dubious car rental company!!!!

Wenn wollten bei Ibacar, Mallorca Cala Ratjada fur 2 Tage telefonisch einen Fiat Panda reservieren. Und wurde telefonisch die Auskunft gegeben, dass wir vorbeikommen mussten, um eine Anzahlung zu leisten . In der Agentur sagte man uns dann, fur die von uns genannte Zeit habe Ibacar kein Auto zur Verfugung. Da fuhle ich mich als Kunde nur noch verascht. Einen solchen unorganisierten und unseriosen Autovermieter kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen !!!!
