BE CAREFUL!! They will rip you off and sell you an insurance, somewhere hidden in the contract, without informing you. They will ask for your credit card and say it is ONLY for the deposit, but after returning the car, they will charge over 100 euros that you never agreed to. CHECK WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING! And do not trust the friendly person at the counter! Edit: I had already written them to give them a chance to fix this but they refused. So their reply here does unfortunately not help.

Rented a midsize care with sunnycars. At pick-up we could chose between a citroen C4 manual or a BMW 2 automatic (+59,00 euro extra for 3 days). We took the fairly new C4 (with 5000km). Pleasant soft ride. Easy pick-up and return.

We rented a car from Europcar for 3 days in Mallorca. We were extremely satisfied with the service. The car was handed over to us at the hotel as ordered and picked up there again. We found it very relaxing that we didnt have to be there to hand it over, we could just hand the key over to reception and thats it. The car was also freshly cleaned and the little runabout was ideal for the tours we had planned. We were very satisfied.

Das Auto wurde uns so wie bestellt am Hotel ubergeben und auch dort wieder abgeholt. Wir fanden es sehr entspannt das wir bei der Ubergabe nicht vor Ort sein mussten sondern wir konnten den Schlussel einfach nur an der Rezeption abgeben und fertig. Unfortunately not very helpful, poor service. We picked up our rental car in Palma at the airport. The key has been working since the first day and the car can only be opened after many unsuccessful attempts, especially in the morning. While driving, an error message keeps appearing that no key is recognized. The lady at the station in Alcudia just shrugged and said that I should either call the hotline or go to the airport in Palma. She couldnt help me because she apparently didnt have any cars available at the moment and didnt have a new key battery either. I then read the cars Italian (!) operating instructions myself using a translator. Now I know how to unlock and start the car in an emergency. Thanks for nothing!

Seit dem ersten Tag spinnt der Schlussel, das Auto lasst sich besonders morgens erst nach vielen vergeblichen Versuchen offnen. Wahrend der Fahrt wird immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, dass kein Schlussel erkannt wird. Die Dame in der Station in Alcudia sagte nur schulterzuckend, ich solle entweder die Hotline anrufen oder nach Palma zum Flughafen fahren. Sie konne mir nicht helfen, sie hatte aktuell angeblich keine Autos verfugbar und auch keine neue Schlusselbatterie. Habe mich dann selbst mittels Ubersetzer durch die italienische (!) Bedienungsanleitung des Autos gelesen. Jetzt weiss ich, wie ich das Auto im Notfall entriegeln und starten kann. Danke fur nichts!

The vehicle was not previously shown or questions about it were answered. At one point I had to walk up and down the street with luggage until I found the car because I would rather call it green than gray and the location wasnt entirely clear. It was said that the vehicle had a navigation system, but to activate it you would have had to go to a shop, so I stopped. (You can also use your own smartphone and USB-C cable) The return also took place anonymously, which on the one hand was very practical, but when scratches are noticed afterwards that were probably not new but were not stated beforehand, you get a shock. A third of the rental price for insurance alone is a lot. It was great that the employee spoke German well.

Ich musste einmal die Strasse mit Gepack auf und ab laufen, bis ich das Auto gefunden habe, weil ich es eher grun als grau nennen wurde und der Standort nicht ganz klar war. Es wurde gesagt, dass das Fahrzeug ein Navi hat, aber um das zu aktivieren hatte man in einen shop gehen mussen, da habe ich dann abgebrochen. (Mit eigenem Smartphone und USB-C Kabel geht es aber auch) Die Ruckgabe fand auch anonym statt, auf der einen Seite ganz praktisch aber wenn nachher Kratzer angemerkt werden, die wohl nicht neu waren, die aber vorher nicht angegeben wurden, bekommt man schon einen Schreck. Ein drittel des Mietpreises allein fur die Versicherung ist schon eine Menge. Toll war, dass die Mitarbeiterin gut deutsch sprach.

We had a problem with the oil from the beginning of the car rental. From the Europcar head office we were directed to the nearest office to try to solve it. This office was in the Port of Alcudia, where we found ourselves attended by Mrs. Carme Gonzalez. From the beginning he was a very unpleasant person with us, unempathetic, haughty and without offering solutions. Lacked professionalism and kindness. Too bad because thats what makes the difference when you choose companies that offer services.

Aquesta oficina era al Port d Alcudia, on ens varem trobar que ens atenia la Sra.Carme Gonzalez. Des de l inici va ser una persona molt desagradable amb nosaltres, poc empatica, altiba i sense oferir solucions. Mancava professionalitat i amabilitat. Watch out. Nonsense place, tried to steal 60 euros from my rental agreement. Delivered the car at 17:02, was sent a receipt afterwards where they thought I delivered the car at 18:32, could prove my innocence with Google timeline. Got the money back in the end, had to spend time on holiday to sort it out. Never experienced anything as frivolous as this among rental companies.
