Abbiamo preso una vespa in affitto. Era chiaramente danneggiata ( si vedeva) stupidi probabilmente noi ( non abituati ad affittare mezzi) a non segnalare direttamente il problema ( lo davamo per scontato, essendo cosi palese) dopo 3 giorni ci hanno trattenuto la cauzione per quel danno. Controllando meglio su altri siti, abbiamo notato che nell'ultimo mese hanno fatto cosi altre decine di volte. Attenzione non affittate nulla da loro!!
We rented a Vespa. It was clearly damaged (you could see it) we were probably stupid (not used to renting vehicles) not to report the problem directly (we took it for granted, being so obvious) after 3 days they withheld our deposit for that damage. Checking better on other sites, we noticed that in the last month they have done this dozens more times. Be careful, don't rent anything from them!!

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter Guilherme, mir wurde alles erklart bevor ich ans Fahrzeug gegangen bin. Das System ist leider ein wenig zu langsam habe lange warten mussen. Preisleistung war auch ok, wurde jedem eine Anmietung bei ClickRent Puerto Alcudia empfehlen. Die Ruckgabe verlief auch ohne Probleme.
Very nice employee Guilherme, everything was explained to me before I got to the vehicle. Unfortunately the system is a little too slow and I had to wait a long time. Price performance was also ok, I would recommend renting from ClickRent Puerto Alcudia to everyone. The return also went without any problems.

Despite online booking. The guy had to type in everything manually again. It took 15 minutes per person. With a couple of people in line before me it took 1h to get the car. Extortion to pay for extra insurance. I was already 1km away when I realized that the tank was only 85% full. And the KM the wrote down where 12 lower than what it was when I got it
