Friendly staff, who did not try to sell us yet another insurance. Pick-up did not take long. The car was inspected together with the staff. No major findings. The car was not exactly the same which we booked, but of the same size which is quite usual. No complaints, would do it again.

Friendly staff, however when asking some normal questions about the car she got annoyed with us quite soon. She refused to report some damage that was already there on the car before we took off but mostly she seemed not to understand that the babyseats they rent out are not safe at all (anymore). She kept on saying these seats were certified but as you don't know how to install them properly or they are to old/many times used, the licensing doesn't mean anything of course. We didn't drive comfortably and returned the car early for this. This is very DANGEROUS, and should be really improved by the company. The lady who helped us returning the car was very very very friendly though!

Thanks! We were helped there! We had the hotel in Sa Coma and a day on the beach in Alcudia. On the way back to Alcudia I noticed that the car no longer pulled and the engine light was on. Luckily it happened across from ClickRent. The branch manager quickly brought the car to the workshop (on Sunday) and in a few minutes we drove comfortably to the hotel. Thank you very much and quickly!

Auf der Ruckfahrt in Alcudia habe ich gemerkt dass das Auto nicht mehr zieht und Motoranzeige brennt. Zum Gluck es ist gegenuber von ClickRent passiert. We have already rented the second car here on site. We got a larger one, the Ford Puma instead of the Fiat 500, for the same price. Very nice staff and there was nothing to complain about with the car. When we are back in Mallorca, we will rent a car from ClickRent again. From May 29th, 2024 for 7 days we paid 210.00 euros. All insurance was already included here. I cant understand the bad reviews - if the cheapest price is taken online - of course no protection is included. Rent directly from ClickRent with the complete insurance package and there will be no problems. Of course, if you dont want to pay anything, you should walk.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen - wenn per Internet der billigste Preis genommen wird - ist naturlich kein rund um Schutz enthalten. Mietet direkt bei ClickRent mit dem kompletten Versicherungspaket und es gibt keine Probleme. Wer naturlich am besten nichts bezahlen will, sollte zu Fuss gehen.

THEY GAVE US THE VEHICLE WITH A SUPPOSEDLY FULL NAFTA TANK, WE TRAVELED FROM PALMA TO ALCUDIA AND FROM ALCUDIA TO PALMA AND THE TANK WAS ALREADY ALMOST EMPTY, WHEN WE LOADED THE FULL TANK, WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE THE SAME ROUTE FOR FOUR DAYS, A BIT STRANGE, NO DO YOU THINK? IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE, DO NOT LOOK FOR VICTOR BECAUSE HE WILL NOT HELP YOU RESOLVE IT, SINCE IT IS NOT PART OF HIS JOB (We did not have a telephone chip to call the tow truck, we went to the agency three times and Victor He told us that he had already asked for it even though it was not his job, that he was doing us a favor by calling the tow truck. When the tow truck arrived he told us that he had only called once, that it took him an hour to arrive and that he could have perfectly attended before. We waited from 12 am to 7 pm. Entre el revuelo de documentos que la conductora llevo y trajo muchas veces durante dicho inconveniente, se perdio la licencia nacional de conducir, al devolver el vehiculo consultamos la posibilidad de rentar un vehiculo en Valencia, unicamente presentando el carnet internacional, CLARAMENTE SOLO LES INTERESA EL DINERO, ya que al llegar a Valencia nos dijeron que no nos podian dar el vehiculo, y que para la devolucion del dinero debiamos llamar por telefono. Me atendio un chico bien entrenado para no escuchar y hablar por encima de la voz del cliente, en resumen... NO ME DEVOLVIERON EL DINERO. NEFASTO TODO.
