Schlechter Kundenservice. Auf Probleme und Fragen wird nicht eingegangen. Die Damen waren sehr desinteressiert. Ich ging zum Nachbarn, eine Marke die weltweit bekannt ist und habe dort unkompliziert ein Mietwagen gemietet. Das hat nur 10 Minuten gedauert und hier wurde mir geholfen und bei Avis eben uberhaupt nicht.
Bad customer service. Problems and questions are not addressed. The ladies were very uninterested. I went to the neighbor, a brand that is known worldwide, and easily rented a rental car there. It only took 10 minutes and I received help here and not at all with Avis.

We rented a car in the middle of July 2022 from Avis in Alcudia, Mallorca. Unfortunately our car was totally crashed by another vehicle while it was parked during night. I called the service phone to Avis and told them what had happened. The woman I spoke to said they had to send a towing truck and new car from Palma since it was Saturday. This whole process of sending a towing truck and new car took exactly one hour and 50 minutes. So all thumbs for Avis Alcudia for fast and fantastic service.
Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Eine Verkauferin weigerte sich, ein Problem zu losen, und ich musste den Kundendienst selbst anrufen. Sie mieteten auch das Auto, das sie mir nicht zur Verfugung hatten, an einen Kunden, der spater das Geschaft betrat. Very bad service. They refused, with bad manners, to solve a problem with a car rental made through de App of Avis and I had to call by myself to the customer's service. Then, a car that they told me wasn't available, was offered to other customer who came into the shop after me. El servicio es horroroso. Me hicieron llamar a atencion al cliente para resolver un problema de un alquiler con Avis porque la dependienta no quiso resolverlo ella misma. Ademas, un coche que me dijeron que no estaba disponible se lo alquilaron delante de mis narices a una persona que entro a la tienda despues de mi.
Rented A car through travelling agency paid for around over 320 euro's paid extra 317 for insurance,gps,child seats for a Golf it just don't add up.. Be aware of extra cost.
Fast efficient and clean cars. Staff were friendly and the cars were good and clean. Make sure you pre-book as there are limited cars. Overall happy and worth the booking.

Really good service and friendly people. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that they don't specify when you pay online for the car, that you have to pay extra for insurance once you are there. We get a really good looking Opel, really easy to drive for 5 days and pid PS139 and paid another PS75 for insurance. I actually paid PS120 but because I left the car tank full as it was when I picked up the car they have refunded those PS50. I will recommend you guys to get the insurance as without you have to pay any scratch or damage to the car. The amount we paid for insurance was PS12 a day but in euros. We didn't check the car properly but one of the tail lights got a crack in it and I am not sure if it was there when we got the car or somebody hit it somehow. Better with insurance.
