Precios competitivos y los vehiculos en un estado bastante aceptable, dentro de que en este pais la gente no cuida lo que no es suyo. La encargada en mi caso fue muy amable al esperarme fuera de su horario de cierre. Experiencia excelente, repito seguro

La senora que atiende al telefono no se entera de nada. En respuesta a su respuesta: Primero: La web no funciona para efectuar reservas, falla. Segundo: Tardais una barbaridad en responder al telefono y la persona que atiende suspendida en trato y agilidad. Tercero: Responder asi a un posible cliente no va a hacer que consigais clientes, los perdeis. Suerte, la vais a necesitar.

Suelo alquilar furgonetas en diferentes empresas esta sin duda se lleva lo peor ya que se entrega con deposito lleno y van y me descuentas 23 e mas porque dice que no estaba lleno lo cual le dije me presentara el ticket y se nego aparte la atencion por parte de uno de los trabajadores fatal la chica tenia siempre la razon y aparte me llama mentiroso por decirle que no me habia informado cuando devolvian la fianza en fin no lo volveria a repetir ya que ahy mas empresas con mejores precios

Son un desastre. Furgonetas viejas que te dejan tirado. Recepcionistas que lo primero que hacen es acusarte de dejarte las luces encendidas y agotar la bateria...tu vas de sobrada, pero yo llevo 25 anos conduciendo y tu furgoneta no esta revisada. La de repuesto, con 275.000 km y unos 2/3 anos...os podeis imaginar la tralla que lleva eso.La devuelvo antes, no me fio. 20 llamadas perdidas para saber donde llevo la furgo y que me den otra..."es q yo por las tardess" Flipo. Me cobran 20 Cochinos euros de la fianza por el gasoil despues de dejarme tirado y perder media tarde pq sus furgos son una.... Igual os vale para darle una mano de pintura a la nave, esa es mi aportacion . Maldito el dia que no tenian furgo en Europcar, que ademas, es mas barato.

Ya tengo claro donde nunca hay que alquilar una furgoneta. Te retienen 9 dias el dinero de la fianza. Por un retraso de 2 horas me vuelven a cobrar un dia entero (84 euros) cuando encima era sabado y el local estaba cerrado, no necesitaban la furgoneta. Por un retraso deberia haber una penalizacion, cobrar otro dia entero, es abusivo. Encima hemos tenido muchos problemas con la llave porque no cerraba la furgoneta ( deberia pedir yo penalizacion por este problema, porque me habeis dado el producto en mal estado) senores, antes que las clausulas de un contrato, esta la empatia, asi no va en el mundo. Que difruteis el dinero que me habeis robado por una clausula abusiva. Suerte!
I now know where I should never rent a van. They keep your bail money for 9 days. For a 2 hour delay they charged me again for a whole day (84 euros) when it was Saturday and the place was closed, they didn't need the van. For a delay there should be a penalty, charging another full day is abusive. On top of that, we have had many problems with the key because it did not lock the van (I should ask for a penalty for this problem, because you have given me the product in poor condition). Experiencia genial. Era la primera vez que alquilaba un vehiculo y necesitaba una furgoneta para mover unos muebles en una mudanza. Me decante por ellos por los comentarios de google y la verdad es que no podia haber salido mejor. Nos atendieron de forma muy cercana y amable, nos indicaron la furgoneta que necesitabamos segun las indicaciones que dimos y la tuvimos disponible durante 24h. Te dan muchas facilidades tanto para recogerla como para devolverla y los vehiculos estan en muy buen estado.
