Entregamos el coche con la oficina serian las 19:30 echamos las llaves al buzon y el coche se quedo aparcado en la calle me retuvieron 500EUR que me devuelven pasados unos dias, pero seria de agradecer para los clientes que si el coche esta bien y que no tendras ningun problema en recibir tus 500EUR de fianza y mandarles un correo un mensaje una llamada

Despues de 15 o 20 anos, los que lleveran, alquilando coches en la gasolinera habitual alquilo un coche este miercoles y al ir a recogerlo, a ultima hora, me encuentro que no estan ahi, se han trasladado y nadie avisa de nada. A pesar de correr lo que pude no llegue a recogerlo a la tienda nueva. La chica tampoco ayudo mucho. Tienen que avisar de esos cambios cuando alquilemos. Fatal, no me veran mas por ahi.

Pesima actitud por parte de los gestores ATTCC en el local, se pierden en los detalles y no enfocan lo importante. Entregan los coches sucios y en mala condicion. Si vienes derivado de una empresa externa de renting "Ald, lease plan, etc" te tratan como una basura e intentan darte un coche de categoria "INFERIOR" al contratado por tu empresa, intentan colarte un Fiat 500 o un Fiat panda como grupo B, es una verguenza El Eurocar de Leganes le da 1000 vueltas.

Me dicen que me hacen un descuento en el seguro, que de 30 euros me lo dejan en 20. En vez de ponerme el seguro a todo riesgo me ponen uno con franquicia en caso de robo. Les digo que el coche esta sucio y que lo hagan constar en el contrato y se niegan. Dicen que el coche esta perfecto. Se adjuntan fotos del coche. El primer coche que me ofrecen tenia varios danos sin constar en los partes de entrega, por lo que al pobre que lo alquile y no se de cuenta le haran cargar con unos danos que no son suyos. Tambien sucio por dentro y fuera. Se adjuntan fotos. Lamentable servicio. Se han interpuesto denuncias en consumo de la comunidad de Madrid. 13 DIAS DESPUES DE LA DEVOLUCION DEL COCHE TODAVIA NO ME HAN DEVUELTO LA FIANZA.

If you have MCS o tienes SQM!! Do not rent from this company!! They refused to accommodate for a legally recognized disability when I asked not to clean car and just vacuum it. I was told "para solo una persona no vamos a cambiar nada". DO NOT RENT. They discriminate against disabled people!!
