Que poca verguenza la de estos senores, entregan el coche con golpes aranazos y demas. Y para colmo me llaman y me dicen como tenemos seguro ya se lo hemos pasado a ellos, pero si me lo has entregado ya con esos golpes y aranazos, que me vienes a decir de que tenia esos defectos el vehiculo. Que cara mas dura. Aparte me entrego el vehiculo con medio deposito. Yo lo he devuelto con mas de medio deposito. Espero devolucion de la fianza mas la demasia de combustible que deje en el deposito. Experiencia pesima, muy feas las acciones y nada serios en sus servicios.

Una experiencia muy buena, el coche en perfectas condiciones. Los de atencion al cliente, dejan todo muy claro y resolvieron todas mis dudas, antes, durante y despues del alquiler. Con respecto a la fianza, me la acaban de abonar en su totalidad. ( cumpliendo las condiciones no hay problema alguno)

Un desastre de empresa, desde el minuto 1 ya fue mal la cosa. 40 min para subir la documentacion a la web (Ellos no te gestionan nada, tienes que hacerlo tu todo). Alquile un coche y tenia 172.000 kms casi con 9 anos de antiguedad, el coche no estaba en condiciones para viajar, no estaba limpio por dentro, espejo retrovisor roto, luz de cruce fundida. Me quede 3 veces tirado por la bateria. Al final consegui que me cambiaran el coche despues de muchas muchas llamadas y discutir, tuve que estar hablando yo con los de la grua. Me fastidiaron mis vacaciones, varios dias que no puede hacer nada porque no puede salir con el coche porque no arrancaba. Contrate un seguro extra para no tener ningun problema y me dijeron que tenia que dejar un deposito de reserva de 150 EUR, no es un deposito como dicen ellos, es una compra de internet me descontaron el dinero directamente no estaba retenido, 5 dias para que devolvieran el deposito (la sustitucion del coche no me lo entregaron llevo el deposito, pero ya me dijeron que yo si que tenia que devolverlo al 100%). Nunca me ha pasado nada igual y he alquilado coches, es una empresa que lleva un mes y poco funcionando y tienen muchas carencias. No recomiendo alquilar coches en esta empresa, si no quieres que te fastidien las vacaciones o el viaje. Pongo una estrella porque si no, no me deja anadir la resena, pero se merecen 0 en estrellas. *** Edito el post porque no me deja contestarte y quiero dejar las cosas claras como te he dicho por Whatsapp que me has escrito antes punto por punto. LLevas 5 anos como empresa de telefonia no de alquier de coches que llevas un mes o dos meses lo dijistes tu precisamente. Yo no puedo hablar por la experiencia de los demas usuarios, solo hablo de mi experiencia con vosotros que ha sido pesima. Y di la verdad me distes un coche Megane de primeros del 2016 con 172.000 kms con una matricula JNH Abril 2016 y no estaba en condiciones para alquilarlo y os lo dije cuando fui a recogerlo este coche se encontraba a 3/4 de deposito no esta lleno porque lo habias alquilado por la noche a otra persona y ya puestos si quieres comenta que nos encontramos en el coche que estaba sin limpiar ??... Tengo fotos de todo. El Mercedes clase A que parece que cambiastes el coche por un super coche, era un coche normal con 72.000 kms matricula empezaba por K 2018 o mediados 2019 nada del 2020 como dices y me dijistes que no podia hacer muchos kms porque tenia que ir a pasar la revision que le tocaba cuando yo todavia me quedaba por hacer 1160 kms aprox. LLego con 97% y me dijistes que yo tenia que entregarlo con el 100%. Tengo fotos de todo y video de todo y chats y audios. No voy difamando a nadie ni a vosotros tampoco, solo estoy contando mi experienciencia que he tenido con vosotros, como te he dicho no se la de los demas si es verdad o no. Y como te he dicho por Chat que me has escrito tu, no volveria alquilar con vosotros porque me habeis fastidiado las vacaciones, sabiendo que el coche no estaba en condiciones para alquilar. Tengo todo documentado y ademas tu estas informado de todo que te lo iba indicando por chat todo, y no querias ni cambiarme el coche, lo cambiastes porque el seguro que tenias no encontraba la bateria para ese coche, aun asi tuve que pegar yo el espejo con silicona para poder irme de vacaciones. Tienes las mismas fotos de los coches y de los contadores de kms y del combustible como yo, porque yo te las envie al chats. Si necesitas que suba las fotos me lo indicas. Buenas tardes.

Facil, sencillo y rapido! Alquilamos un coche por 4 dias y nos fue genial!!. Excelente servicio. Armando es muy amable y se toma el tiempo para explicarte como funciona todo. cuando necesite otro alquiler sin duda alguna lo hare!
