Pongo esta puntuacion no por el trato de Edu que nos atencion en 3 ocasiones y por Nadia que nos recepciono la furgoneta, la att al cliente son 5 de ambos, ahora, deje la furgoneta despues de 2 meses y pico por la forma de pago que tienen SIXT como politica de empresa, te cobran por tarjeta unicamente y no solo la cantidad del alquiler, ademas una retencion de la cuantia total del alquiler mas los 200 euros de fianza (Dos meses de alquiler y 200EUR de fianza). Un desembolso muy grande para cada mes. Revisenlo y sera una empresa de 10!!
I give this score not for the treatment of Edu who attended us on 3 occasions and for Nadia who received the van, the customer service is 5 from both, now, I left the van after 2 months or so because of the payment method that have SIXT as a company policy, they charge you by card only and not only the amount of the rental, also a retention of the total amount of the rental plus the 200 euros deposit (Two months of rent and EUR200 deposit). A very large disbursement for each month. Check it out and it will be a company out of 10!!
Great company, it's the best choice for renting a car
Alquile una furgoneta para dos dias por unos 450EUR, la entregue sin danos un dia antes y me hicieron un descuento de unos pocos EUR, en vez de devolverme la fianza, me hicieron otro cargo en la tarjeta, por el importe del alquiler sin la fianza, pero la entrega la realice un dia 4 el segundo cobro lo hicieron el 5 y al ver que no me devolvian los 450EUR aprox le llame me dijeron que en 3 dias lo tenia en cuenta, llame de nuevo, me dijeron que era mi banco, llame a mi banco y me dijeron que el dinero lo tenian retenido por que Sixt no libero el primer pago. Me han estado bailando por correo y por telefono y lo ultimo es que si ha final de mes no lo he recibido aun les llame para comenzar de nuevo a reclamar. Una verguenza, menos mal que me ha pasado con el primer alquileres, me di de alta como empresa para hacer los alquileres con ellos. Estos me unden la empresa si se quedan reteniendo el capital de cada alquiler un mes. Buscar en otros sitios que devuelvan la fianza antes, si andais justo de capital os lo complican ademas de sentirte vacilado por todos a los que me he dirigido hasta ahora, a dia 19 no he recibido el pago aun 15 dias despues y mucho tiempo perdido. Todavia tienen la cara de decir que ha sido mi banco, el banco me mostro que el pago lo tenian retenido, ellos pese a que lo pedi no me enviaron nunca el gomprobante de operacion de liberarlo, lo peor que se crean que soy tonto.
I rented a van for two days for about EUR450, I delivered it undamaged a day before and they gave me a discount of a few EUR, instead of returning the deposit, they made another charge on my card, for the rental amount without the deposit, but I made the delivery on the 4th, the second payment was made on the 5th and when I saw that they did not return the EUR450 approx, I called them and they told me that they would take it into account in 3 days, I called again, they told me that it was my bank, I called my bank and they told me that the money was being held because Sixt did not release the first payment. They have been dancing with me by mail and by phone and the latest thing is that if it has been the end of the month I have not received it yet, I called them to start complaining again. A shame, thank goodness that happened to me with the first rental, I registered as a company to make the rentals with them. These ruin my company if they keep withholding the capital of each rental for a month. Look for other sites that return the deposit sooner, if you are short on capital it will complicate things for you in addition to feeling hesitated by everyone I have contacted so far, as of the 19th I have not received the payment even 15 days later and a lot of time wasted. They still have the nerve to say that it was my bank, the bank showed me that they had the payment withheld, even though I asked for it, they never sent me the proof of the operation to release it, the worst thing is that they think I'm stupid.
Todo fantastico. Atencion profesional, amable, rapida. Genial. Excelente. Solo una mejora... que te dejen dejar el coche alli (para coger el de alquiler) seria un servicio de mucho valor anadido.

On arrival the man who met me gave the best customer service I've ever experienced. He addressed all my questions. The office was spotless clean. The van I rented was perfect. Best experience in a car rental ever. And I've rented from countries around the world. Thank you.
