Pelayo me gestiono un coche de sustitucion, con esta empresa , me entregaron el vehiculo con el tanque de combustible lleno, me hacen una retencion de 121,65 euros entregue el vehiculo todo ok a pasado ya mas de 9 dias y no me devuelven la retencion del combustible. Que morro tienen

Hertz servicio pesimo y coches no fiables. Alquilo un coche del grupo t6 precisamente no es barato, y a los dos dias me deja tirado. Se avisa, he indican que envian a una grua que tardara dos horas, que ya son cuatro. Si el coche tiene aranazos bien que lo pagas pero tu tiempo si te dan un coche sin revisar y averiado. Quien te lo paga??

Decepcionada total, por medio de mi aseguradora Pelayo, su sistema de coche de sustitucion pasa por dejar una fianza de 300 euros , que te cogen al momento, devuelto el coche y todo en regla , mi fianza una semana despues esta sin devolver, y digo yo , si yo ya no tengo tu coche, porque tienes tu mi dinero, no hablo de 29 euros, si no casi 300 , de que como yo asta que tu me des mi dinero?????

Increible lo que hace esta empresa alquilo un vehiculo a traves de mi seguro, se me pide una fianza de casi 300 euros. Entrego el vehiculo en perfectas condiciones y con el deposito lleno segun me lo entregaron a mi Hoy mas de una semana despues no me devuelven la fianza Segun su politica tardan entre 15 y 30 dias Por favor que manera de ganar dinero a costa de los clientes. Que no estamos hablando de 20 euros si no de casi 300 jamas de los jamases volvere a alquilar con esta empresa. Es una manera sin arriesgar nada de ganar dinero increible como e dicho no volvere a alquilar en esta empresa

Hemos tenido un pequeno inconveniente en la empresa y hemos hablado con ellos para hacer un cambio en la reserva. Sin empatia y buscando unicamente el interes de su compania no nos han hecho caso y se han quedado con el dinero de una reserva sin nosotros poder disfrutar. No recomendamos esta empresa de alquiler. Primera y ultima vez. Hay otras con mejor calidad precio y sobre todo cercania con sus clientes

Nuestra experiencia ha sido positiva. Al llegar alli, nos dijeron que nos habian asignado una furgoneta mas grande por el mismo precio, cosa que es de agradecer. Por lo que vi alli, la mayoria de la flota son coches nuevos y las tarifas muy competitivas. Repetiremos sin duda!
