El dia 8 Viernes tuvimos que alquilar por parte de Renault Retail un coche ah esta empresa ya que por parte suya no tenian, tuvimos que esperar un poco, todo muy bien, entregado el lunes 11 a las 10 de la manana, y la cosa esta que pasado unos dias nos damos cuenta que de la fianza nos han quitado 43EUR sin ton ni son y sin explicaciones ninguna, cuando dejamos el coche, como bien nos indicaron. No volveremos.....

Alquile una furgoneta carrozada con plataforma para una mudanza para 10 dias. La recogida del vehiculo fue muy bien, me explicaron todo y me dieron consejos para manejarla que me fueron utiles. Yo nunca habia conducido un vehiculo tan grande y me daba un poco de reparo, pero el camioncito era practicamente nuevo y se maneja muy bien, siempre que se sigan los consejos. Ademas estaba en muy buenas condiciones, lo que da seguridad al volante. Tambien llame una vez en casa para preguntar un par de dudas y me respondieron a todo. No he tenido percances en la mudanza y la devolucion ha sido rapida y muy buena. Me dejaron llevarlo la tarde antes y no me han puesto nunca ninguna pega. Los trabajadores de esta oficina son profesionales y muy amables, personas de 10. Antes de alquilar lo veia todo muy complicado, me daba bastante miedo, pero he de decir que la experiencia ha resultado maravillosa. Tendre que alquilar una furgoneta pequena mas adelante y seguro que lo hago con ellos porque he quedado encantada. Mil gracias a los trabajadores de esta oficina por su buen hacer y mi mas sincero reconocimiento a la empresa por la flota que tienen.

I have had no mishaps during the move and the return has been fast and very good. They let me take it the afternoon before and they have never given me any problems. The workers in this office are professional and very friendly, people of 10. Before renting I saw everything as very complicated, it scared me quite a bit, but I have to say that the experience has been wonderful. I will have to rent a small van later and I will definitely do it with them because I have been delighted. A thousand thanks to the workers of this office for their good work and my most sincere recognition to the company for the fleet they have.
Septiembre 24 - En esta ocasion me toco un Mercedes C200, tengo que decir que el coche iba muy bien, la unica pega que puedo poner es que no encontre la ayuda a la frenada cuando vas con el control de velocidad. ---------------------------------------------- Junio 24 - Esta vez pude probar un Volvo XC60, el coche iba muy bien, lo que menos me gusto fue su sistema multimedia. ---------------------------------------------- Mayo 24 - En esta ocasion pude disfrute de un Alfa Romeo Tonale, un coche muy pinton con todos los extras que puedes necesitar. ----------------------------------------------- Abril 24 - Esta vez pude disfrutar de un BMW 320d, el coche iba muy bien. No me gusto que el coche no pudiera conectar el Android Auto. ----------------------------------------------- Marzo 24 - En esta ocasion me toco un Lexus ux 250h el cual iba bastante bien, el cual tenia casi 60.000km y ya le fallaban algunas cosillas como los puertos usb. Tambien tengo que indicar que para algo mas de 1000 Km, tuve que echarle mas de 100 EUR de gasolina con una conduccion entre 120-130 Km/h. Otro punto que no me gusto mucho, es que el maletero es bastante justo, para no mas de dos personas. ----------------------------------------------- Octubre 23 - Con el ultimo alquiler todo ha vuelto a la normalidad. El Audi A3 iba muy bien, por ponerle algun pero al coche, el maletero me parecio un poco justo. ----------------------------------------------- Septiembre 23 - En esta ocasion no me ha gustado nada el alquiler del coche, por varios motivos: - Se retrasaron en la entrega del coche. - El coche inicial que me llevaron era un Seat Ateca que no tenia mala pinta, pero no le funcionaba el aire acondicionado. - Fuimos a la oficina a cambiar el coche por lo indicado anteriormente y nos dieron un Ford EcoSport, super pequeno, sin espacio e las plazas traseras y con un maletero de juguete, lo digo porque no entraba en na maleta de cabina tumbada. ----------------------------------------------- Febrero 22 - Esta vez me toco un Hyundai IONIQ, y no me han gustado varias cosas de este coche: - Los asientos no me parecian muy comodos. - El hueco para los pies, pequeno, aunque yo tengo unos pies bastante grandes. - La vision por el espejo interno es bastante reducida, puede que se deba a que la luna del porton trasero es muy pequena. - La potencia del coche, se queda corta, lo que provoca que sea un coche poco energico. ----------------------------------------------- Diciembre 21 - Como siempre, todo perfecto. De los extras del coche, me ha gustado los asientos calefactables.

Of the car's extras, I liked the heated seats.

After a 1.5 hour delay, I was told that my pre-booked and paid in advance van was not available and they were getting one from 20km away. Rubbish. Over 2 hours wait in total. There are cheaper options available - I should have taken over of those... On the plus side - service was very professional.
