Mucho ojo con alquilar aqui. No te dan el coche que reservas y la cantidad en costes escondidos que tienes que pagar cuando lo recoges supera el precio de la reserva. No volvere a alquilar con ellos jamas.
Be very careful with renting here. They do not give you the car you reserve and the amount in hidden costs that you have to pay when you pick it up exceeds the price of the reservation. I will never rent with them again.
Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena, si bien se han demorado un poco en buscarnos del T4, en la oficina si ha sido rapido 15 minutos. Autos nuevos, con pocos detalles, tienen imagenes de respaldo. La entrega rapida con revision minuciosa y sin sorpresas.
Our experience has been good, although it took a little while to pick us up from T4, it was a quick 15 minutes at the office. New cars, with few details, have backup images. Fast delivery with thorough review and no surprises.
Pick up bus never showed up, waited 40mins then took a cab there myself. Instruction said a bus will be here but never came. Their automated phone calls lead to nowhere, terrible phone system. Once I got to the car rental, the staff were amazing, super helpful and made up for the trouble.
Los recomiendo 100% el coche impecable, un novedoso sistema de renting o leasing aprecios muy conveniente y puedes tener autos mes a mes y probar de varias categorias
