Aun asi hacer fotos del antes y del despues y si no esta lleno o los km no son los que pone el papel hablad con ellos antes de salir

Alquile un coche a ultima hora y me quede con este sitio aunque era un poco mas caro, ya que los otros segun las opiniones tenian problemas con fianza, cargue los papeles por internet, y al dia siguiente a primera hora me atendio una chica de cabello negro largo guapa, muy amable, que me atendio con una gran sonrisa, a la devolucion apenas llegue en segundos llego ella nuevamente a recibirme, reviso el coche que todo estuviera bien y al instante me hizo la devolucion de la gasolina, fue un proceso muy rapido y facil, si vuelvo a alquilar sera aqui. Muchas gracias nuevamente por el gran personal que tienen y el trato hacia los clientes 10/10

Me uno a las resenas por cargo de combustible falsos. Furgoneta entregada el 8-jul-24 con el deposito lleno, rellenado hasta que salta la manguera en la gasolinea Ballenoil a 50m de la oficina y ahora me remiten el cierre de contrato con un cargo de 27EUR alegando que el deposito estaba al 85%. Hice video de la entrega para el exterior pero, Error, me falto foto del cuadro con la evidencia de los km y deposito para evitar esto. Recomendacion, coger todas las evidencias posibles para que no os pase esto. Ahora reclama a un call center, 20min de espera, tras lo cual me dicen lo mismo que indican en la factura pero claro, ellos no tienen ninguna evidencia por su parte del estado del deposito para demostrar ese cargo. Sin posibilidad de hablar con la oficina salvo que me acerque alli. Mutua Madrilena sigue defraudando con los servicios y asociaciones que tiene y ofrece a sus socios. Actualizo. Voy a consultar a la oficina(15:40).Me muestra el cuadro de la furgoneta y me dice que aun saltando el gatillo de la gasolinera aun puedo echar mas que puede tener aire...esa debe ser la forma normal que echamos gasolina todos verdad!!!! Espero al chico que debe encargarse de preparar los coches,16:05, es el el que tiene que ir a echar gasolina. Eligen la gasolinera mas proxima, 4km ida y vuelta, supongo que por acuerdos en vez de ir a las que estan a 100m. Despues de repostar, entran 4L, entiendo que sacando el aire como me decia y derramando otro poco ya que aun tras 2km de la gasolinera a la oficina y 2 38deg sigue goteando gasoil. Aqui dejo fotos del los cuadros en la recogida, entrega y tras repostar, y ticket de gasolinera para que vean si justifica el 15% , es decir 10'5L al tener 70L de tanque lo estiman en 28EUR de recargo, de gasolina faltante respecto a la entrega. Un saludo, no os fieis de nadie y coger todas las fotos antes y despues.

Voy a la oficina y les explico la situacion Cambian de version, me dicen que no es por el limpiaparabrisas, sino por exceso de kilometraje, que lo acababan de calcular. (no habia pasado ni una hora) Les pido que comprueben que no me he excedido de los 400kms. Efectivamente, comprueban que no me he excedido (recorridos 289kms). Cambian de version y me dicen que es por un chinazo el parabrisas y que al no estar a todo riesgo me lo tienen que cobrar. Les pido que comprueben que SI SE CONTRATO A TODO RIESGO. Comprueban que efectivamente el alquiler cuenta con un todo riesgo. Me indican que entonces es un error del sistema y que reclaman la devolucion de los 110 Les pido que por favor hagan efectiva la devolucion de los 110 Me indican que eso tarda lo mismo 10 dias o mas. Ante mi incredulidad, les solicito hoja de reclamaciones Me facilitan una fotocopia, no una hoja de reclamaciones oficial Relleno el documento, me lo firman reconociendo el error y me dan copia sellada. Solicito en la hoja la devolucion de la fianza incautada ILEGALMENTE y los gastos de desplazamiento + tiempo perdido Aun no he recibido la devolucion de MI DINERO Hoy, me estoy planteando denunciar a Centauro por intento de estafa y ya esta en manos de mi abogado. Mi percepcion por el servicio prestado (despues de mas de 25 alquileres) es NEFASTA ?Que hubiese ocurrido si no puedo volver fisicamente a la oficina? Yo se lo digo AJO Y AGUA, que me quedo sin mis 110 . ?Error? ?Mala praxis? ?Intento de estafa? Me devolveran los 110 voluntariamente o por via judicial, pero NUNCA MAIS confiare en Centauro.
