En la oficina de Alcala de Henares no volvere a reservar nada; el viernes 15/11/24 llegue 1 hora antes a la oficina para ver el coche que me habian reservado, pues no era el que elegi, no tenia la tarjeta fisica y tuve que regresar a casa a por ella, cuando volvi habia cerrado la oficina (18:56h). La chica es borde y desagradable, para trabajar con clientes deja mucho que desear. Llame para cambiar la reserva y el atendimento fue bueno, pero con mal resultado puesto que cambiaron la reserva para el aeropuerto y alli, despues de estar 2 horas nos dicen que no me pueden dar un coche porque la reserva no ha sido modificada en su base de datos y que ademas para alquilar un coche en el aeropuerto tengo que tener tarjeta de embarque...PESIMO SERVICIO, MALA INFORMACION Y EMPRESA NEFASTA

El fin de semana (26-28 de Julio 2024), alquile por primera vez un coche en Enterprise de Alcala de Henares (Madrid) Lo contrate y lo pague por medio de su pagina web, sin ningun tipo de problema. Al recogerlo (SUV Kia Sportage), el Senor Fernando, me atendio de una forma cordial, y explicandome todo perfectamente y resolviendo mis dudas. !!!! Una atencion exquisita !!!!!!! La devolucion fue, muy sencilla, fuera de horario. El coche se entrego perfectamente, y al cabo de 3 dias tenia el reembolso de los 200 euros en mi tarjeta de credito. 100% Recomendable, tanto es asi, que volvere a alquiler con esta empresa. Despues de hacer una reserva por tf y que te den email y todo con la reserva a las 11:00 nos presentamos a por el coche y la Antipatica de la recepcion sin respecto ninguno me coge y me dice que para la reserva de las 11 no tiene coche despues de coger taxi 15EUR de irme hasta alli para volverme y encima la SENORITA TE HABLA CON AMIGA "oye amiga que no tengo coche para ti " despues de tener una reserva e irme con toda la calor y con un nino de 1 ano conmigo, la peor compania que e visto, no lo recomiendo y no hagais pagos online que os podeis quedar sin dinero que son unos si verguenzas sin respeto ninguno

Me dieron un coche nuevo y cuando fui a cogerlo me di cuenta que el aire acondicionado estaba roto, solo salia calor. Al devolverlo se lo comento a la chica que estaba por la tarde y me dice que efectivamente no funcionaba pero que ellos no tienen porque revisar ese tipo de cosas antes de entregar un coche, que siempre dan por hecho que esta bien antes de entregarselo al cliente. Yo solo esperaba un poco de compresion, pero todo lo contrario, me contesto muy prepotente en todo momento, sin empatia y con poca profesionalidad con ciertos comentarios. Me molesto que me insinuara que por haberme entregado un coche de sustitucion por parte de mi seguro maphre" yo no tengo derecho a decir nada. Tambien la comente que habia llenado el deposito entero ya que no sabia en cuanto debia estar y ella misma me dijo que no podia devolverme nada y que le hubiese valido con que se lo entregase con poca gasolina . Decepcionante el trato y atencion recibida en esta oficina de Alcala de henares.

Llevo casi 2 meses reclamando parte del deposito por unos danos que me dicen q yo hice, aun enviandoles pruebas q ya estaban. No vayais a consumo. Directamente al juzgado a denunciar. Y reclamar danos y perjuicios.
