La primera vez que alquilamos con ellos y sin duda la mejor compania que hemos probado. Ni 5 minutos para recoger la furgo y lo mismo para devolverlo. La chica super amable y profesional, y lo mejor de todo, nos han devuelto el importe de la gasolina en el momento de comprobarlo. Que maravilla!

No recomendable. He alquilado muchos coches y en esta ocasion, se nos entrego un coche de categoria superior pero SUCIO. Hubo un error en la oficina (por el que se me cobro la gasolina pese a que lo devolvi con el deposito igual o superior al nivel entregado) y, tras muchas llamadas, nadie me atiende y el servicio postventa es inalcanzable para el ciudadano de a pie. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Reclamacion presentada y sin ningun tipo de argumentos o justificacion (a pesar de que yo si presento), se rechaza. Presentare reclamacion ante consumo pues el error se atribuye al cliente sin ningun tipo de justificante cuando es un claro error del sistema y de los empleados. Lo peor de todo es la falta de atencion.
