Tuvimos un problema con un auto arrendado en avis aeropuerto, y llamamos para revisar el auto (especificamente el embriague). Desde el momento 1 del contacto fueron un lujo de atenciony disposicion a ayudar. Apenas llegamos nos ofrecio otro auto disponible y soluciono en pocos minutos el cambio de auto. Pongo una porque no puedo poner menos ..alquilo una furgoneta por dos dias hasta ahi todo bien .pasado unos dias me llega una multa de trafico que por supuesto pago logicamente pero cual es mi sorpresa cuando unos dias mas tarde avis carga en mi cuenta una cantidad de 33 euros por la gestion de la multa.Procedo a llamar y la persona que me atiende en un tono prepotente me dice que es lo que pone en el contrato y que es lo que cobran por dar mis datos a la DGT un tramite de un minuto .Gracias por todo gente como vosotros sois los que creais las desconfianzas de los clientes enganando de esta manera
I put one because I can't put less...I rent a van for two days so far everything is fine. La verdad que me sorprendio mucho el trato me ah tocado muchisimas veces alquilar y sin lugar ah dudas este es para mi de los mejores me dieron ah elegir entre gasolina y diesel y la atencion al cliente inmejorable

Me ha salido la pagina quiza por alquilar alli. El trato de Daniel y su equipo es la excelencia. Alquilo en muchos Avis y sin duda el mejor servicio es aqui. Muy de lejos a cualquier otra empresa de Alcala similar.

Controlen bien y saquen una foto de la aguja que marca el deposito de gasolina antes de salir con el coche. Y tb los kilometros. El dia que lo alquile no marcaba lleno, la aguja le faltaba para completar la marca de deposito completo. Lo deje como estaba, con quizas 5EUR menos de como me lo entregaron y me cobraron 27EUR mas por la gasolina y el servicio de repostaje . Se tiran 20 min para venderte seguro de todas clases para el coche y no te dicen el recargo por servicio de gasolina. Ojo!!!!!
Check carefully and take a photo of the needle that marks the gas tank before leaving with the car. And also the kilometers. The day I rented it it didn't show full, the needle was missing to complete the full tank mark. I left it as it was, with perhaps EUR5 less than how it was delivered to me and they charged me EUR27 more for gasoline and the refueling service. They take 20 minutes to sell you insurance of all kinds for the car and they don't tell you the surcharge for gasoline service. Eye!!!!!
En mi ultimo viaje a Asturias, decidi buscar un coche de alquiler y al final confie en Avis y ningun problema, todo fue genial, tanto la atencion al cliente durante la gestion del coche como en la entrega y la recogida. El coche estaba muy limpio. Hablando del personal fue un 10, fueron muy amables conmigo. El coche que alquile se adecuo a las necesidades que le habia comentado. Muy satisfecho y muy recomendable.
