La at. al publico mejorable. Llamo para preguntar disponibilidad a las 9:00, la mujer queda conmigo en cogerme los datos, mirarlo y decirme algo. Dos horas mas tarde vuelvo a llamar y me dice que tiene jaleo. Al final termino personandome sobre las 12:00 para que me diga que no hay disponibilidad (la oficina estaba vacia de gente por cierto). En paralelo estuve preguntando en la oficina de Torrejon por cercania, no solo tenian disponible el coche sino la voluntad y resolucion de gestionarlo y mirarlo en el momento. Termine alli alquilandolo, oficina que aun teniendo cola espere un poco, pero me resolvieron todo. Si la distancia no es un problema insalvable, mejor la oficina de Torrejon

I ended up renting it there, an office that even though I had a queue, I waited a little, but they resolved everything for me. If distance is not an insurmountable problem, the Torrejon office is better.
Buen trato y buenos precios, nos han facilitado mucho el alquiler y entrega de la furgoneta, el vehiculo muy nuevo. Totalmente recomendable.

Vas y devuelves el coche con el deposito recien llenado y te dicen que le faltan 10EUR y te los cobran aparte, venga hombre

Esta empresa es una verguenza. Se quieren quedar con la fianza porque dicen que el vehiculo lo has devuelto con un desperfecto que hace falta un microscopio para verlo. Ademas ese desperfecto perfectamente estaba con anterioridad y era imposible de apreciar. Ademas no tiene educacion y te intentan cobrar algo de dinero en concepto de gasolina a pesar de llevar el deposito lleno. No soy el primero que pone este tipo de resena y no sere el ultimo. Si no quieres que te estafen contrata el vehiculo en otra empresa.

If you don't want to be scammed, hire the vehicle from another company.

Eran buenos, ahora ya no. Antes de entregar el vehiculo, lleno el deposito a conciencia, en una gasolinera justo al lado. La sorpresa es que me dicen que faltan ocho litros de combustible y me los cobran aparte. ?Como es posible valorar esa supuesta merma, si el surtidor de la gasolinera no dejaba entrar mas combustible, tras varios intentos? El indicador del salpicadero estaba a tope. ?Hay un enanito dentro del deposito midiendo la capacidad? Nunca me habia pasado nada igual en todos estos anos. Al reclamar, se extendieron en extranos calculos sobre kilometraje y gasto de combustible cada 100 km (como si eso fuera mesurable al litro). Me siento enganado y defraudado, no vuelvo nunca mas. Decepcion total.

The surprise is that they tell me that eight liters of fuel are missing and they charge me separately. How is it possible to assess this supposed loss, if the gas station pump did not let in more fuel, after several attempts? The gauge on the dashboard was full. Is there a dwarf inside the tank measuring the capacity? Nothing like this has ever happened to me in all these years. When complaining, they extended strange calculations about mileage and fuel consumption every 100 km (as if that were measurable to the liter). I feel cheated and disappointed, I will never go back. Total disappointment.
Todo muy bien. El personal de recepcion me dio presupuesto y me atendio muy amablemente. Precios competitivos y buen trato en general. Las furgonetas son muy nuevas. Como en todos los lugares de alquiler de vehiculos, hay que dejar el deposito lleno, igual que nos lo entregan.
