I dealt with Justin from the start, very good communication, he found us the car we wanted, we didn't give him much time but he came through. Our car was there for us the day we landed, I am extremely grateful to Justin and his team and would highly recommend PadPal.

We used Padpal to purchase a car and sell our car at the same time. The car we purchased has a couple of minor faults and was rectified immediately when we returned it, Justin even gave us a courtesy car free of charge. It took Padpal around six weeks to sell our car, the money was transferred within 24 hours into our bank. We would highly recommend this company either to purchase or sell your vehicle, we would definitely go back for another vehicle when the time comes to part ex. I came across PayPall cars while researching buying a car for our move to Spain. Although they did not have the car in stock I was looking for, I contacted them to enquire if they could source it. I was very specific about the make, model, mileage and age of the car. Not only did they meet all the criteria but managed to find me a better deal, exceeding my expectations. Justin, personally fully inspected the cars, took them for a test drive and then provided me with feedback and pictures. It was a very personal service, I was kept informed at every stage of the process and any issues were dealt with immediately. This alleviated any stress as I was still in the UK. They took all the strain and hassle out of finding the car for us as well as seeking out insurance and sorting all the registration paperwork, they even had the car waiting for us at the airport. We stepped off the plane, into the car and set off for our new life in the sun. I had an issue with the car not long after I took ownership, which was of my own doing.
