Amazing service, even without a reservation. Had an amazing day, with a brand new bike. Solid recommendation for renting a motorcycle in Valencia.

I have rented cars and motorcycles in a lot and different rental companies around the world and this is definitely the worst. I'll explain below why. - At the beginning, they kept a deposit more important (600EUR) than the one indicated in the contract (500EUR). - I rented a motorcycle and 6 parts have been a bit scratched, including one that was already scratched at my reception of the motorcycle. I can only see 4 parts showing on the motorcycles' pictures at the end of the rental so wondering about the 2 other parts. - As they want their motorcycles to always look new, they decide to change these parts and want to keep 420EUR of my deposit. For Spain, I can assure that there is something wrong in the calculation. I attach their invoice. - I ask for the invoice of the parts bought from their supplier, but they tell me that I will not have it and that if I don't accept what they say, they will keep the whole deposit (600EUR). It is very clear at this moment that they added an important margin and that the price indicated in Patacona Motos' invoice does not reflect the price indicated in the invoice or their supplier. This is extremely dishonest. They also want me to pay the part that was already scratched before my reception of the motorcycle. - Concerning the hours of work and the rate, it definitely does not take 3 hours for an experienced professional to change 6 parts. And additionally, the hourly rate is way above the Spain market, when we all know that they have changed the parts within their team and not hired anyone external. For this, I also requested some proof (and hiding the private information such as the name of the consultant), but just a proof that they have sent this amount of money to someone. They did not want to provide. - About the 180EUR that they need to provide according to their invoice, they already have 600EUR of my deposit and they tell me to transfer them in addition to this 420EUR that corresponds to the invoice and then they will give me back the 600EUR deposit, that it is easier for them and the administration internally. What is this??? First time of my life that I experience this... What the purpose of the deposit then? - At the end because I found the loophole of the difference of the amount of the caution (that they have charged me 600EUR instead of 500EUR as indicated in the contract) and many other messages, they accepted to transfer the 180EUR to me. BUT they have informed at some point that the transfer was done and should be visible under 1 working day on my bank account so I wait almost 1 week and still nothing. I had to remind them 3 TIMES to send it back to me and their replies were the same "oh sorry my accounting partner couldn't do it" and also "he will do it without fail today" and he actually did not since I had to follow up. I will also mention that they have informed that I will need to wait 1 month before getting the money back??? - Also, no insurance was provided to me at the beginning so it really looks like they are doing this on purpose to gain more money by this dishonest way. So I really do not recommend this rental company, I'm pretty sure there are others that are honest in Valencia!

Rented a Royal Enfield for the weekend. Booked it on Thursday to collect on Friday, the bike was immaculate. Collection was quick and friendly, and I got a copy of the collection photos and rental agreement to my email immediately. Drop off was also faultless, with the drop off photos and all the info emailed through straight away. There's a good selection of clothing and helmets available for rent too. Highly recommended

i reserved a multistrada V4S from the US for a 2 week tour around spain, andorra, and france. Matt was extremely responsive to my emails, established a WhatsApp discussion, set up the bike for me (with seat and electrical cable), responded to my questions while i was on the ride, and was generally helpful and friendly. He removed most of the stress that can accompany organizing such an adventure in a foreign country 9 time zones away. the bike was a brand new bike with about 1,000 km on it. it worked without problem for the entire, fantastic, tour. top marks
