Yesterday me and my girlfriend we had a 90 mins in the Spa !! We booked our session before and when we reached they let us wait like 10 mins to enter and then inside the customer service was bad the lady always giving instructions and like she was in a bad mood yesterday and she wants to share her bad vibes with people.. I usually went there and I got a better customer service.. so sad to put 1 star but this is actually what she deserve.
I only went to the Spa. The facilities are quite small, there are 3 small pools with different jets and bubbles. It was a bit full and noisy. 1 hour was enough. Price is ok with vouchers from Groupon
Awful client service. We wanted to make a booking and asked for availability, host was not supportive, without any desire to help us or check for available dates. Just short answers without any incentive.
Wow the spa experience was so nice , massage was fantastic , spa was small but clean , not relaxing everyone chatting quite loud , but was pleasant anyways :) will be back to stay at the hotel next time :)
The hotel itself is situated in a good location, but this does not make up for the quality of service. My room had loose tiles in the bathroom with bits of the floor being uneven and causing a trip hazard. Furthermore, we were in desperate need for ice as one of my companions got heat stroke and they made us pay for it! Hotel guests were rude (zenophobic) and staff did not bother to intervene. They really should consider hiring a security guard as it seems normal members of staff are not capable of dealing with difficult customers. Food was lukewarm, churros barely defrosted and there was no signage showing what the food even was which is a massive hazard when travelling with people that have food intolerances. Even when asking the kitchen staff they weren't 100% sure what they were serving. The only thing that was nice about this place was the view onto a pretty looking ALDI.
This old hotel may have been a 4 once, but it's clearly been lacking in maintenance and living off of old photos and paid access spa photos that are not facilities available without huge surcharges. The hotel pool is lanes and swimming caps are required. The beds are very firm, and the pillows so thin they are useless. The walls are paper thin and have no discernible sound absorption qualities. Many floors are textured and hard cases make a light thunder like noise when passing your room. Wifi is patchy as hell - we got <1mb in our room but you can get 300 if you camp near an access point. The bathrooms are tired, mouldy around the edges, and the shower head squirts the entire length of the bath and over the floor. Awful design, leading to our shower door peeling at the bottom. Don't bother asking for a quiet room! - you get put near the lift, and under the lift motor house, on the main corridor that half the guests use. The only plus side for this hotel is that the 70 bus starts at the end of the street and the metro is right there too. Use them to leave quickly perhaps?
Please stay away from this hotel! Not only service is terrible, far from 4* standards.. spa and pool area is used by public, so if you wanna chill at the swimming pool you'll probably have a hard time relaxing. You can't even get a proper glass to the room, so be prepared for a paper ones.. but most importantly KEEP YOUR CASH WITH YOU BECAUSE THE STAFF IS STEALING AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY, they won't even say sorry.. their response was " why didn't you use safe". AVOID AT ALL COST
We went there for a family break after Christmas - no teenagers though. |Rooms themselves were very comfortable. Plenty of space, air conditioning with no restrictions and super easy to use, sound proof as we did not hear anything next door and we knew there was a newborn baby, great bathroom facilities as very comfortable and hot bathtub, hair drier included - not very strong, but better than nothing-. |Hotel was clean and seemed recently refurbished. |We opted in for breakfast and dinner there, it was buffet/eat all you can, and although it was a great variety for a tourist and we ate loads, food taste was standard, not tasteless but not a deli either. Good to get energy for long walks around the side side or days in Valencia City Centre, as it is only 10 minutes away if you use the Underground/Metro.|We also visited the Swimming pool and it was pretty good for a local hotel. 12.5 metres distance, pretty quite, very clean changing rooms, no concerns whatsoever. |Staff was very professional and nice. Quite gentle and informative. |
