Les daria mas estrellas pero no hay mas. Nos han ayudado muchisimo en todo el proceso desde la recogida del coche a la entrega ya que tuvimos unos problemas con los tiempos pero gracias a ellos todo fue posible y gracias al grandisimo equipo que demuestran que son pudimos gestionarlos y todo fue posible y rodado. De verdad muchisimas gracias a cada uno de vosotros por vuestra ayuda. 1000% super recomendables. Tarde una hora y media en alquilar un coche. Me pedian una tarjeta de credito para alquilarlo y 1500 euros de fianza. Yo lo habia hecHo todo por Pepecar y no sabian nada. Cuando llegue no estaba el coche y me toco hacer una serie de papeleos con Pepecar para poder llevarme el coche.
It took an hour and a half to rent a car. They asked me for a credit card to rent it and a 1,500 euro deposit. I had done everything for Pepecar and they didn't know anything. When I arrived the car was not there and I had to do a series of paperwork with Pepecar to be able to take the car.
Recomendable 100%. Destacar sobre todo el trato y la atencion en todo momento de Maria, me parecio super eficaz, todo muy rapido, mucha paciencia, sobre todo a la hora de ensenarme el vehiculo que habia reservado varias veces para comprobar que me cabia el equipaje etc... en fin, muy contento con el vehiculo muy nuevo, y con ella. Repetire seguro.
