Devolvi el coche en esta oficina tras alquilarlo en Pinto. Tarde menos de 10 minutos, me atendieron de manera muy amable y el dinero de la fianza se libero en ese momento y aparecio en mi cuenta dos dias despues. Mi experiencia en particular ha sido muy buena.

Comentaros que el trato no puede ser mas excelente, y los vehiculos siempre impecables! Cojo coche con ellos todas las semanas y lejos de tener problemas, me han dado siempre soluciones, en la ultima ocasion, esperar mas de hora y media despues del cierre de la oficina porque mi AVE se retraso. Y alli estaban pacientes esperando para entregarme el coche. Cojo muchos coches de alquiler y de diferentes companias y desde luego en esta hay una clara diferencia en cuanto a su buenisimo saber hacer. Gracias!

Experiencia de 10 con Enterprise. Alquilamos una furgoneta de tamano XL, la mas grande que disponen y el vehiculo estaba nuevo. Funcionaba todo perfectamente, estaba limpio, y todo de 10. El proceso de entrega muy rapido y eficiente gracias a Virgilio, que nos atendio con suma amabilidad y competencia. La fianza se ha liberado al instante una vez recibida la furgoneta por parte de su personal en sus instalaciones. !Permiten entrega con la oficina cerrada! !Volvere sin duda a utilizar sus servicios!

No se merecen ni una estrella. El estado del vehiculo era penoso. Los asientos estaban tan sucios y tan blancos que mi mujer casi se queda embarazada al sentarse por primera vez. El mantenimiento que le hacen al vehiculo es nulo, ponen en riesgo la seguridad del cliente asi como el resto de circulantes. ?Como se puede entregar un vehiculo sin revisar el estado de las ruedas asi como un mantenimiento correcto?. Lo unico bueno fue el trato por parte de la chica que nos atendio, fue amable y simpatica. Se disculpo al quejarme tal y como estoy haciendo ahora. Una empresa asi no puede cometer estos fallos.
